  1. I don’t really have a problem with officers or officials assisting each other in their official capacity. I don’t even have a problem if they take that into consideration (prompt to follow through) to initiate proper action within their respective OFFICIAL DUTY.
[i.e. if my weed-eater gets stolen tough luck, ain’t no officer going to scour pawn shops looking to retrieve it]

That kinda thing happens in every industry & workplace environment everyday and amongst the many grievances committed by officials, preferential treatment SOLEY within their respective official/sworn duty like more initiative to process a complaint or taking their concerns more serious such as removing homeless people trespassing [IMO] is not something to be up in arms about or even bat an eye at.

As to how they carried their conversation the Judge clearly eluded to the fact that he had already been briefed on the incident which is CODE for “In this conversation there is Nothing more to be discussed on the matter”

So while it may appear rather cold and dismissive to the loss of life YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HEAR A PRIVATE CONVERSATION HEARING THEIR INTIMATE THOUGHTS ON THE MATTER. GET REAL!

What happened is a terrifying tragedy, people who actually orchestrated it need to be held accountable, eluding to their conversation as shocking is drumming up ethical backlash from citizenry who aren’t versed in the particulars of the law or those who make a career in that field. I like what you do but I’m seeing a concerning trend in your videos doing similar acts of inciting viewers to following your narrative by false pretense or logic by filling in the answer for them.

If you want examples I’ll gladly lay them out but you’re intelligent enough to know what I’m eluding to, understand that opposition play far worse by straight up lying or covering shit up and know that outrage goes viral and what this country needs MORE THAN ANYTHING is a spotlight shown on the actions of those in power.

-I wish public education had a mandated course about civic rights and responsibilities as well as getting kids used to the idea of being involved and taking action. A truly free country does not fear its people, it is power hungry fools and dictators/tyrants that set out to domesticate civilians by indoctrinating their agenda starting first with the education of children.

  2. It must be time for me to become a fortune teller, because I already know the outcome of this "investigation". Here's what the head of the state police will say in a few months; " After an extensive and thorough investigation, we have found our cronies, er… ehem, colleagues, innocent of any wrongdoing. It was all just a tragic, unavoidable accident, and the officer involved feels deeply remorseful. He has been so negatively impacted by the public outcry that he was forced to retire early. We ask that you offer your thoughts and prayers to the family, and that you move on. We will not be taking any questions at this time. Thank you, and have a blessed day."

I probably don't have the speech down word for word, but it will be close enough.

  3. Doug Harless was murdered by the London Police Department, London Kentucky. A SWAT RAID at 11:51 pm, was conducted, for a weed eater and a space heater, in London, Kentucky. The items belonged to a Laurel County judge-executive.
Police were at the wrong house and murdered, Doug Harless, who lived at 511 Vanzant Road.
The search warrant was for 489 Vanzant Road.
The different address from where Harless lived and was killed was repeated at least five times, by the dispatcher.

  4. Sounds very much like a rogue force and I would imagine the DoJ should investigate the relationships of judges with locals and PD and council/mayor as this case stinks bad

  5. The judge seems to be trying to play the nice guy by repeatedly saying he doesn’t care about his own stuff, only the other person’s stuff.

But also completely glossing over the death of Doug as if it’s nothing.

    Wild.

  6. What's to stop them from just burning the first warrant and issuing "a second first warrant" that says what they want it to say? Please watch your back, John. As you can tell by the recordings, Kentucky is still a good ol' boys network, probably not all that much different than in the days of Buford Pusser.

  7. I'm flabbergasted. The day after a man is killed, the WRONG man, they are still concerned over the weedeater?? Not a care at all that a man just paid with his life for something he didn't do.

  8. it is way more important that we know the police are following procedure in ever moment when dealing with the public than if we know people walking to and fro. almost every building/ business has cameras in them these days. the public at large doesnt need monitoring, 24/7. crime is actually down. this isnt a very large town. and though the public at large hasnt complained much, most of us dont want to live is this 1984 situ that our gov have been using our tax dollars to build. they arent using the money to teach police how to be better investigators. if anything they are only teaching them how to lie and abuse the public for the gain of the courts and prison systems. shows like this one are proving more and more to the public in general that the police arent here to protect the public but to proter themselves and the wealthy. I would love to see a report and how much more local gov have had to pay out to people who had their rights abused in the las 20 yrs. I would bet almost anything that's where the government is losing the most money, but instead of training to make sure the public isnt being abuse, they allow the thin blue line to hid that abuse. George Floyd was the canary in the coal mine but no one listen. trump just wanted to sh**t the protester. so he could have a bible photoe op

  9. This unethical relationship between judge/law enforcement/prison staff is an incredibly regular occurrence. So much happens between "good old boys" and I've seen it first hand being a former Corrections Officer. There are truly good people just trying to do the right thing for their communities and just trying to make a living – but the majority of the legal system is as corrupt as politicians.

  10. Same song and dance every day. Public servants murder an innocent person, people protest, settlement paid out of tax payers pockets, guilty officials are not held accountable. Even still the community goes to bat for the police, "We support our police, but…" Stockholm Syndrome

  11. It must be terrifying to live there. The Justice Dept. needs to get involved. The mayor said people are "innocent until proven guilty," unless someone steals a weed wacker from a judge. There's no reason to go there at night, and why do you need 5 armed officers for what, a $100 weed wacker.

Anyone want to bet me the Kentucky State Police find they did nothing wrong?
On the off chance they do find them at fault, they still won't be prosecuted. There's layers to these corrupt systems for a reason.

  12. Government conspiracies, cover ups and collusions. This is like a Dan Brown novel, only real life and true. The real truth about Power and Corruption! “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely” by Lord Acton.

  13. "Shitbags gonna be full of shit, politics and government are full of them, only I prevent them from compromising my ARMY." SSG Wolfwood DI Ft. Benning GA to the Hapsburg chinned lad not doing push ups in front on the platoon after the Muppet said his dad was a state representative.

  14. One big thing the 911 call reveals. Is collusion in. When he says he has helped with several cases in the past. Shows he was used to get special orders from this man. Then boosting
about foe filling his requests in the past. Making this business as usual. Truth. This is why innocent people are dying. They provide evidence. They are above the law. By not following the law. Just business as usual. And more people will die.
As there words. They don't need no stincking safe guards. Like body cams. Or truth. To them just another worthless victim. We suspected it was drug house. Just another worthless story like there whole case. Just how old and deep are these criminal acts?
    Under trump this will disappear?
