Yes, I know, I'm a member of the bar conspiracy and protecting our monopoly, etc., etc. Believe me when I say that if I didn't have to pay taxes, under threat of physical force and imprisonment, I wouldn't pay a single penny. I wouldn't get a car inspection – ever. If there was a loophole I could use to sue the government successfully over this, I would do it all day, every day. The word sovereign citizen is a buzz word for an oxymoron. The constitution is not the law of the land. The Uniform Commercial Code is. You can't self govern and yet owe allegiance at the same time. You must choose. Everything is a trust transaction. The only way diplomatic immunity applies it must comes from the US Secretary of State or the United Nations. And finally the republic and the invisible corporation neither one of them exist. Everything is operating under assumptions and presumptions because we go along with it.

The trouble is people are people getting arrested with no complaint I’ve no injured party. There are so many laws on the books that everybody is a criminal. The only time, and I don’t know for how much longer you can walk without papers. they just had a video of a veteran getting arrested. His dog got tased because he showed his military ID instead of a state ID he was not driving he was walking he shouldn’t had to show any papers. No crime was committed so yes we are becoming a police state, if we’re not there already. These peoples crimes for not having the right papers. I don’t even think you need car insurance in Florida. I know know how to drive a vehicle I don’t drive because I don’t have a license. but then again, I’ve known plenty of people that have licenses that can’t drive because there are abilities just terrible. So the paper means squat. you passed the drivers test the people that give you the test don’t even drive the way you have to doing a test to pass. But yes, I know if I go out and drive I will get arrested. so I don’t. But do I think The roads are safer because these laws.absolutely not. Just revenue generators.

What I found was that every single Sovereign citizen youtuber is either repeating bad advice and interpretations of the law or are selectively taking section or paragraphs out of context, that lead to improper conclusions. At least 95% of people that run into another's car are competent drivers because they have a driver's license and as the State says, a driver's license is proof of competency. In other words at least 95% of all wrecks are caused by competent licensed drivers. AND!! U R given the privilege of buying what is called uninsured motorist insurance. Anybody who wants to drive a vehicle on a public highway, funded by our tax dollars and registration fees, needs to have a driver's license and registration. No exceptions.
Without knowing anything about the specific issues here. The cops did not need to handle the guy as they did, any degree of force needs to be justified their aggressive approach was not. I have no doubt at all these two people would have walked to cop car, American cops are just violent thugs they refuse to show any degree of patience to their fellow human beings, they are a degrace to their profession, themselves, their families and their communities.

I must let U know tonight that Bar means British Accredited Registry. < > British Accredited Registry (BAR) is an informal acronym that has different meanings depending on the source. NOW, BLIND GUIDE!!! THIS WHAT THE SUPREME COURT OF/IN NM SAID! Judges have the power to enforce invalid made without authority court orders via what is called contempt of court power. In other words if a judge issues an order against U that the judge does not have the authority to do, and even tho the order is invalid, the higher courts ruled that those judges nonetheless do have authority, and sua sponte punish U for not obeying the invalid made without authority court order via the contempt of court power. Here are 3 excerpts. > EXCERPT #1! JUDGE BOSSON. "The interesting question presented is whether an injunction, even if invalid, insulates Defendant from a contempt citation for its willful violation. We hold that the district court’s injunction exceeded its authority, but we nonetheless affirm the citation for contempt."
Excerpt # 2 > "Having determined the district court lacked authority to issue its injunction, we must now decide whether that order was enforceable, nonetheless, by the court’s contempt power."
Excerpt#3 "CONCLUSION
We reverse the injunction entered by the district court as part of Defendant's sentence for violation of the Motor Vehicle Code. The finding of contempt is affirmed because the district court had jurisdiction, and, pursuant to the collateral bar rule, Defendant ignored that injunction at his peril.
