  1. Standing on the public sidewalk and being able to see it with his eyes, makes it public and he can record it. The officer obviously doesn’t know the law and should’ve probably closed the screen. Total idiot!

  2. They understand the law well enough. Why is everyone pretending the cops dont know. They absolutely do. They all know auditors by now. They just choose to wake up everyday and be absolutely rotten.

  3. This is the testings fault. I've tested to become an officer and the test was describe a time where you helped an individual. They just wanted to see how detailed you can write a report. Test should be how well you know laws tbh.

  4. Not amazing…….
Officers NEED to pay for their own training. They also need college degrees AS AA BS or BA that INCLUDE NANDATORY CLASSES ABOUT THE LAW……..LOCAL FEDERAL AND STATE. It is also questionable how many of these officers pass the psychological exams……??????? Nepotism IS also a major issue within law enforcement.
Citizens shouldn't be required to pay lawsuits for their bad behavior.

  5. That when he went to record the screen inside the police car would be illegal where I live. It would go down to the same category as reading a letter without consent that is meant for somebody else

  6. It’s actually the officers responsibility to keep private information private. If it’s viewable to the public they failed and no law was broken by the person who sees it. 😊

  7. To all of you A$$ H@&$ who think the officer was wrong, maybe he had a social security number on the computer? Would you want someone video tapping your bank account displayed on a computer? It's a good thing that I'm not a cop because I wouldn't have half the patience they do. I would just taser your dumb A$$.
