  1. Police state let's police state, " he's running that's a crime". Everyone else says fast walk, or in a hurry. Judges ask about man stalking, knowing he was not, but police were stalking him

  2. Given the clear hearsay involved I'm not even sure if they had enough cause to even ask about the possession of a firearm, much less a permit. Especially as no crime was even suggested. Even more especially considering that the person telling it to the person reporting both is inside a shelter (sensitive state of mind) and "doesn't like police". Their credibility is virtually zero.

  3. Why don’t they say dark pink instead of black?
Maybe it’s a black gun that they’re scared of.
They are slowly eroding, our freedoms,
We were always slaves if you make poverty level money
No, everyone is the same,; wrong! We are all different.

  4. What happens when you become a lawyer to lick boots 😮‍💨 this was wholly appalling and this was as frustrating as having someone try to convince you the earth is flat.

  5. Reasonable articulable suspicion. Is that not the standard? If a man is carrying a gun, you do not have to have reasonable articulable suspicion to check his permit to carry? If not, the police officer could stop any car on the street just to check the driver's license.

  6. Looking over your shoulder and then running is grounds for reasonable suspicion? Since the court is all about the 'what-ifs' – What if the guy had exotropia and was actually looking at a squirrel and developed sciurophobia and ran because of that?

  7. Her entire argument is basically that since women called that the man has no rights by law since women were scared he has to forfeit his first and second amendment rights… I guess it’s illegal to walk past a women’s shelter with a firearm

  8. No, the officers can't stop someone carrying a concealed weapon merely to check that they have a concealed weapons permit. Merely engaging in an activity for which a license is required is not reasonable suspicion to stop the individual to check if they have the required license. Officers cannot initiate a traffic stop just to check if the driver has a valid license.

ETA: wrote this well before I saw he made that point.

  9. Wow it's exceedingly disturbing that even these people – the people that are deciding on such matters as this one – clearly don't know the difference between legal and lawful. The guy at the end even without blushing proclaimed that the right to bear arms somehow turned into a privilege to bear arms…

  10. Police officers job isn’t any more dangerous than a pizza delivery driver. Maybe if they hadn’t earned so much hate through the decades and shown a little respect instead of only demanding it from citizens and treating everyone like criminals and having a ego issues with you must obey or else mind sets then their jobs might not be as dangerous as they are nowadays. Unicorns and fairies are real also

  11. Veteran? We were targeted by the KKKlinton administration as potential domestic terrorists bc pos pigs cannot intimidate us.

Currently in a 1983 civil rights case against local police who, without cause, broke into my home and literally beat the sh*t out of me after they handcuffed me.

  12. She keeps ending her argument at Brown being required to display his "firearm permit" before she starts from the beginning again as part of her circular argument. The thing is, the police already know he has a valid permit that does not expire so their suspicion is dispelled. That permit is called the 2nd Amendment.

  13. @8:40–"Starts running with 2 bundles of money, isn't that suspicious?"…
Umm, no. The guy KNOWS about Civil Asset Forfeiture, and KNOWS he'll never get that money back, even though NO crime has been committed!

  14. The bundles of Money hypothetical – if he starts running, might he not have suspicion that someone is trying to attempt to Rob him (walking down the street with bundles of money exposed seems prone to encourage)

  15. 4:37 no if you have a right to carry they shouldn't be able to fallow someone who had been reported for one and he made a good point there the guy carrying knowing what the cops are like he's carrying maby not has permit on him he would be arrested ruffed up and had lots of felony charges on him for something he's allowed to do and it's happened many times before
