So if someone calls the cops on you and says theirs a domestic happening you have to id,that doesn't sound right to me if a pereson calls on you its the cops job to investigate first and see if their is a domestic happening and if you committed a crime then their for you must provide identification easy case the guy didnt commit any crime to have to give id

Isn't it a trespass initially to enter the threshold? Isn't it a criminal trespass to remain inside that threshold after they have been told to leave and still did not leave but remained inside? Don't we have the right to expell them from the property by force equal to the force necessary to remove the trespassers.? And since they have done this under the color of some law isn't that a case of barratry to use his supposed authority to violate the law by deceit? If so isn't the department doing the same thing as Trump has been attacked for doing with his business? Making a false statement to another many times that even if it is a mistake can cause a business owner to loose his business? And is this department not a business incorporated under state license and therefore can this remedy be considered as to have broken this rule and be subject to closing and audit? Apples and oranges officer. You talked to all the people. In his scenario, they would not have talked to all involved. No comparison. Officers are trained to lie and manipulate. The aggressive nature is off putting and people no longer trust police. Too many officers with poor education on laws and no people skills. Until the training involves them knowing the laws, de-escalation, and knowing how to treat people, this will not change.
I just wish this guy had asked his mom to come inside and rest, then he could have dealt with the cops on his own.
