The thing is even if the guy, (Butt Crack) was not legally doing anything wrong he was instigating and escalating this interaction. He dared the officer to speak to him by acting strange filming employees which may not be illegal as public servants, it is however, suspicious. Although I do agree with his 1st amendment rights. He was being way to antagonistic and demeaning to the cops. That younger one especially was not being rude to him but the camera man was just demeaning and condescending for no reason.
Here’s my thing. I’m all about freedom and liberties. And I never want my rights to be violated. But here’s my issue with the guy recording. After the confrontation is settled and the captain informed him that he’s not doing anything wrong and allows him to go on about his business. This guy keeps antagonizing the deputies instead of just dropping the issue. For the next 15 minutes, he harasses, makes fun of, and throws snide remarks at the deputies. In my opinion, this guy is looking for trouble, and when they didn’t play his game, he continued to harass and antagonize. Get over yourself, jack ass! Now granted, the deputies could stand to learn a few things, but that doesn’t give you the right to stand there and antagonize and be a complete asshole to the deputies.
