This is one of those videos that every police officer should be forced to watch once a week. Education and information will set us all free. I seriously doubt this officer thought he was doing anything incorrect. Possibly this officer was performing in the exact way he and the other officer are TRAINED to interact with the public. This video mentions training, maybe someone can find the documentation and course presentation materials. Then public will know if this training is of benefit or the cause!
