I sent Chille a hallmark card to say hi and cheer him up. I was meticulous in addressing the envelope properly and used the exact address Chille provided us. After a week, the card came back to me in the mail unopened Return to Sender. The strange thing was that the entire name and address of Chille at the prison was redacted thoroughly with a black sharpie-like marker. Very weird. Anyway, wishing Chille all the best to get through this ordeal.
