  1. I grew up in this town. Cops have been this way for decades. If you were arrested and taken to the county jail they would kick your ass in the elevator ride. Nothing has changed. Sad

  2. Regular people who make false statements to police could end up in jail. Since police are (pardon my laughter) "held to a higher standard," they should spend MORE time in jail for making false statements in a report.

  3. The citizens who elect officials in the town that re-certified this criminal thug should consider their votes carefully before the next election. The lawsuit payments with taxpayer dollars should be an incentive.

  4. Why was this scumbag just fired and NOT CHARGED with 1) lying and falsifying a police report 2) obstruction of justice by deleting video? We need to hold the prosecutor to account for NOT filing charges. I hate this crap happening in our once proud country!

  5. I cannot understand why people that are becoming police officers based on “I, officer name, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;" are not forced to return money people were giving them because of this oath. If they violate people's constitutional rights, they were lying. There must be a legal way to win one case to set up an example. This will wake up all PDs in US.

  6. Reckless? Is this cop kidding? Look at the crease in the hood of his vehicle, it is perfectly lined up with the shoulder stripe on the road. Hardly reckless. The cop is a psychopath. A reckless driving charge will get your insurance company to drop you like a hot potato.

  7. Just something I would like to point out If the officer is coming at him around the corner or over a hill it would not be accurate as for the curvature of the corner or the hill which shorten the distance between the officers vehicle and the client's vehicle
