Filing a false report, malfeasance, and deprivation of rights under the color of law. Never show them you're scared or intimidated. They love that and, to them, makes getting in trouble worth it. Once they mute the cam it should be automatically thrown out.

Can anyone please confirm? TCRL said that the "loss of qualified immunity when lies are caught on camera" was Scott vs Harris, but I don't see that in the decision, which seems more about 4th amendment. Maybe it's a different Scott vs. Harris? I'm trying to become more educated. Thank you in advance.

Ok, I see a butt hurt cop retaliating for getting flipped off. What is alarming to me is getting arrested for allegedly failing to signal a lane change. Is that an arrestable offence in the supposedly most free country in the world? These videos make me think of all the abuse, lies, corruption, violence including murder, perpetrated against US citizens for decades by cops. They got away with so much terrorism against US citizens.
I commend this officer, words and gestures can be very hurtful and people need to be jeld accountable.
A blatant lie, he knows she signaled. It just shows how often pigs lie. It really takes a special person to feel good to rip a person's rights away, put handcuffs on them, put them in a jail, take their money and run their life over a lie. Sociopath to the letter.
