  1. Nathan Harmons office does not have the balls or men with the same, employees and a website to listen to and or hear the comments, questions regarding this incident, Harmon lied, his daughter lied, the deputy lied. "I'm going to let my dad take care of it" and he will until she kills someone.

  2. She lied to the Deputy saying a deer hit her, the only thing she has been charged with was perjury, nothing more, no DUI, an IGNORANT deputy or at least he wants you to think so in the ways of recognizing. dui offenders.

  3. Nathan Harmon needs to step down from his role as Sherriff of Berkely Co. WV as well as the majority of his deputies who themselves are ignorant of the laws the protect and or enforce. On a personal note, one deputy executing his version of the "Kansas two Step" after a minor traffic stop for burned out brake lamp on Rt, 11 at Tabler Station Road and release, not a onetime walk away and turn but three times on a 70 year old man taking groceries home from Walmart. The responding deputy lied (covered) for Harmons daughter by telling Harmon that he couldn't tell his daughter had been drinking. Bullshit, law enforcement officers of any level are trained to detect the most minor signs of alcohol impairment. His body cam records her slurring her words. Any parent will certainly do the necessary to protect their child within the law but will concede to what's right for the child even if it means repercussion. Someone in Nate Harmons position will use his office and position to wrongly and illegally protect his own with no repercussion, responsibility, or punishment for a crime committed thus allowing the protected person to continue their behavior. Hopefully her next accident doesn't involve an innocent bystanders, pedestrian or motorist their life as the result of Nathan Harmons ignorance to her problem or lack his ability to get his daughter the help she needs. As for the Deputy covering, he either failed his dram shop law, tips, tops courses or was flat out lying to cover her, kissing ASS. Either way he needs to be fired immediately or should have been.

  4. Same daughter has been named as a defendant in an assault just a month or two after this incident, involving 3 women beating down one woman, surprisingly at a local bar.

  5. A decent, law abiding cop would've had her handcuffed in the back seat for DUI, failure to control, destruction of property and a few more charges. Instead of letting her walk around like nothing happened. I hope the property owner sues for damages

  6. The snickering cop becomes so grating! But this Sheriff is not helping his daughter, he is just prolonging her learning how not to. Nobody intends to drive drunk but once those drinks hit the brain everyone thing they are good to go. If she doesn't learn how to safeguard yourself and others she will kill someone or herself!
