    There is a movement happening NOW in America and it's called Americans against qualified immunity, cops will not stop this type of tyranny until they are held financially and legally accountable for the deplorable actions against the people, together we will win.look it up

    the only thing larger than his arrogance is his lack of knowing. The law I also believe this is a civil complaint the police have no rights to question anybody his arrogance is massive He should order the cop off of his property Now file a complaint for running his plates with no pc

    Police and even some judges believe that if an officer tells you to do something it is a lawfull order…..
    They are there to enforce the law, that is as far as their authority goes…. if it isn't found in any law or statute then they do not hsve the authority to enforce it….and even if it is, if it clearly goes against the constitution then it is null and void….. Of course just because these things are true, it doesn't mean that law enforcement or even a judge is going to agree with you….. this is why the work that the good auditers are doing is so important and hopefully encourage more to do so….
    I fear that many might watch what some of the nastier less informed wannabe auditers do and replicate their behavior, which will only likely be used as grounds to paint what even the good ones are doing as threatening and dangerous and move us further away from the very protections that the good ones are trying to restore…..

    in germany any cop who fails the exam on the laws gets into trouble big time.
    If you continue to fail u get fired.
    imagine a country where the police knows the law. Utopia.
    Now imagine living in america, where cops get 6 months of training AT MOST and still dont know the laws.
    The cops get bailed out of trouble as well.
    Best country ever.

    I appreciate the man holding true to what the constitution is designed for, said state of affairā€™s when we allow our ego to cloud good judgment, even worse when itā€™s the law for the people and then waste 45 more minutes of tax payers dollarā€™s sitting out front šŸ¤®
