“He’s fine, he’s breathing”. Definitely never take medical advice from this cop. There are people in comas! They’re breathing, does that mean they’re fine? No there is something medically wrong from whatever reason. In this case it would have been from what the cop did. No one wants their family member to be just breathing, oh they’re fine. That’s one of the worst situations that could happen. There are dentist patients that end their life, “fine, he’s breathing” as they no longer are able to eat or drink, and suffocate as they die on pain meds. This could have been that guy if he had worse injuries that made him drink through a straw due to his actions.
