  1. I'm from Fort Wayne. Born and raised. And trust me when I say that this town has been suffering since this public servant took this attorney's life by not paying attention. Got to be a public servant in order to get away with a murder charge and be charged with a traffic citation. Horrific.

  2. An accident likely without malice but it’s apparent this guy shouldn’t have a driver’s license and should have been charged with something like involuntary homicide or something more than failure to yield.

  3. Sounds like a wrongful death and a Monel claim against the city and officer. As I've said before government officials are sovereign citizens and follow different laws than you or I.

  4. If breaking a law is not a policy violation wtf is???
The rest of us would be in prison. The judge, DA and the pos cop can rot in He!!
Just goes to show what they think of the public. I hope the family sues.

  5. Just very recently at Alexandria Minnesota, former police chief Wyffels was found guilty of misappropriating about $60000 of city funds, clearly felonious, The prosecutors as part of the good old blue line gang ended up with a plea deal of a misdemeanor charged him $55 and 4 days in jail. SMH

  6. Police are seriously some of the worst people to exist. And it’s only because we continue to allow them to get away with things like this.
All they are is a gang paid for through our taxes.
