  2. The cop may not have violated policy.
But he surely broke the law by tampering with evidence . The mayor lied as well as the rest. As all believe they are above the law. Or are they all just following whose orders?

  3. Pennsylvania v Mims requires the officer explain the reason for pulling the driver in court. Deleting video is deleted evidence, which is against the law. This stinks to high heaven. I'm sure there was multiple 4th amendment violations and he can sue.

  4. they need to stop covering up bad cops mistakes make all cops wear body cams that can not be turned off ,make it open to the public for next to no charge and open to view their entire shift

  5. The audacity of that city of trying to pretend that going into a person's personal phone without a warrant and deleting a video isn't a problem is wild. Im thinking they fired him because they did not want the heat, and theres probably more going on that department and city that they did want discovered if they were put under a microscope.

  6. πŸ˜‚ The cop got a transfer . πŸ˜‚ there wasn't just 1 cop acting against the law. They all do πŸ˜‚we investigate ourselves & find no wrong doing πŸ˜‚ thats Hilarious no policy violations hereπŸ˜‚

  7. What is the difference between a dirty cop and a criminal?

A criminal has no immunity to protect them self's after they commit a crime, while the dirty cop uses the immunity to protect them self's

    to cover up a crime.

  8. WOW any police that get federal funds should have to use body cameras and if they are asked they should provide those videos when they ask about president Kamala or Trump this should be asked where is this bill it these least they could do for the citizens

  9. The punishment for dishonoring an oath to the United States Constitution can include:
    Treason
A crime defined in the Constitution, treason can result in a fine, up to 20 years in prison, and ineligibility for government employment for five years after conviction.

    Perjury
A person who knowingly makes a false statement while taking an oath can be imprisoned for two to four years.

    Disqualification from holding office
A person who has taken an oath to support the Constitution but then engages in rebellion or aids enemies of the United States can be disqualified from holding office. Congress can remove this disability with a two-thirds vote in each House.

    Deprivation of rights
A person who deprives others of rights, privileges, or immunities protected by the Constitution can be fined, imprisoned, or both. The sentence can increase if the actions result in bodily injury, death, or the use of dangerous weapons
