Turn a dangerous situation of pulling somebody over on a highway, at night, into a life-or-death situation by wrecking their car.
I know armchair diplomats cringe at people suggesting cops who do shit like this face the chair, but from a behavioral psychology standpoint, if a person does something like this it's unreasonable to think they haven't done something like this in the past and won't do something like this in the future.
Remember they went out of their way to become a law enforcement officer – They wanted this position – They violate it because they wanted to violate it.
The second he makes contact with her the only think he can talk about is how it's her own fault. What an absolute piece of garbage.
Cops are a pathetic disgrace to America. Fire them all.
The fact that he is a corporal with 27 years of service tells you about his character and his PD reputation. Think about it, that is one promotion in 27 years. Either he has been reduced in rank due to problems, or promoted because the PD felt sorry for him, complacency, or there was no one else to promote. Think about it, having a job for 27 years and receiving ONE promotion. Also, the fact that he walked to the car and within 5 seconds started to argue with her is so repulsive and ridiculous. I believe 27 years of free community might fix his mentality and behavior.

DO patrol cars like this one have a speaker system that he could have audibly told her to pull over before deciding to hit her. The smallest amount of common since would tell you she was not fleeing. This officer showed no remorse and just kept justifying his actions with a bunch of cop speak. I hope they lady, who was wrong for speeding, didn't suffer any complications with her pregnancy do to this incident.
