When police should rely on the public for assistance, they antigonize innocent people, and hold them at gunpoint, while lying about having management on "the line." Why do these departments continue hiring people as police officers who have no intellegence or ability to critically think? Instead they prefer to browbeat innocents under the auspices of something they clearly cannot articulate.

I have watched a lot of cop watch videos involving Tempe police on Direct D and other Arizona cop watch channels. This police department is as corrupt as they get, unprofessional and aggressive. They have had several lawsuits against them and I believe current lawsuits they have not been settled.
I watched this video previously but the lawsuit hadn't been settled yet when I watched it. In my opinion this TYRANT should have been charged with a felony for holding a black man at gunpoint when the description was a WHITE MALE!!!

I took psychological tests, psychological stress tests, written comprehension and memory retention tests during my application to a Sheriff’s Department in Ga before they even considered my application for employment. This guy would NOT have passed any of those tests or should not have if they tested him properly or if they tested him at all. Geez Louis!
