  1. C0RRUPT C0WARD C0P SWORE an OATH to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, then break that same OATH with ZERO Consequences. What a great County we live in ?

  2. THE COPS ACROSS THE NATION HAVE Demoralized HUMAN CITIZENS MOSTLY WITH EVERY TRAFFIC STOP. WORSE WHEN ITS ON OR IN OUR OWN DOOR STEP. DO NOT TRUST POLICE.
🔴 Egomaniacal Police crimes against public citizens under the color of law are not just attacks on individuals or the Constitution – they are attacks on society and undermine the rule of law to which cops sworn an oath to uphold. Allowing any cop immunity from justice from these crimes diminishes accountability and devalues public trust made by the very few courageous law enforcement officers that actually keep their oath honorable. Never do they truly apologize for the mistakes they create. Today's corruption is characterized by brutality, theft, abuse of authority and active police criminality. Only justice has been to sue the county & the cops for crimes committed. We investigated ourselves & found no wrong. That's why your paying out millions of dollars to cover up your guilt in law suites. Total BS. End qualified immunity and make the guilty cop pay out of their pension, property and other assets.

🔴 VERY FEW COPS ARE paying for THEIR sadistic capricious ego god complex. It is no wonder why cops hate cameras WHICH CAPTURE their reckless endangerment. No THE COURTS ARE NOT sending a strong enough jail message as cops continue to violate the laws to the point of smashing heads into concrete, breaking necks resulting in spinal injuries that paralyze and all the while the accused IS in handcuffs. If you die while in custody, we the cops are then only concerned about our own immunity. How have we let the land of the free get this INFESTED WITH corruption.
🔴 PUT AN END TO TERRY V. OHIO [OFFICER SAFETY]. AT LEAST 85,000 OFFICERS IN THE US HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED FOR MISCONDUCT. NEARLY 2,500 HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED ON 10 OR MORE CHARGES. SYSTEMIC ABUSE. THAT'S ENOUGH REASON TO DISTRUST POLICE OFFICERS. TO DO OTHERWISE IS FOOL HARDY! HOW MANY MORE ARE GOING UNREPORTED NOW? HOW MANY OF THESE FORMER COPS WERE PART OF THE THIN BLUELINE GANG? STOP TAX PAYER FUNDED PAYOUTS. SEIZE ALL THE ASSESTS OF THE OFFENDING COPS TO PAY THE SETTLEMENTS.

🔴 Qualified Immunity Protects the FBI, Your Mayor, and ALL Officials. Not Just Police. The legal doctrine of qualified immunity is closely associated with police misconduct in many Americans’ minds. Yet the doctrine shields government officials of all stripes—and accused of all different kinds of constitutional violations—from civil rights lawsuits. The Institute for Justice (IJ), which litigates qualified immunity cases nationwide, today released a new study, Unaccountable, that analyzes thousands of federal appeals court decisions. Unaccountable demonstrates how qualified immunity shields a wide range of government abuses, arbitrarily thwarts civil rights, and fails to fulfill its promises.

Ultimately, you can forget the idea of protect & serve towards the public. Only thing protected are these bad cops who usually are repeat offenders!

🔴 THEN ABOLISH qualified immunity and start making COPS pay their victims DAMAGES & BODILIY HARM. THIS SHOULD INCLUDE JAIL TIME NOT PROBATION OR ANY KIND OF GET OUT OF JAIL FREE. AND GETTING ID FROM THE CITIZEN IS LIKE CRACK COCAINE, A GETWAY DRUG TO COPS WHO JUST HAVE TO HAVE THEIR NEXT HIT. “Police misconduct under mines community trust in law enforcement, and impedes effective policing. A sentence that confirms law enforcement officers who false arrest or use excessive force against arrestees will be held accountable. LET THAT SINK IN FOR SEVERAL DAYS.”

  3. Terry v. Ohio was my saving angel in my false arrest for alleged DUI nearly six years ago. I need a good aggressive young lawyer who wants to make a rep for himself. I have all kinds of evidence of perjury and tampering with evidence! I can even prove false statements by the state's attorney's office on two documents, when they had a document in their possession which proves their statements were false! The guy who pulled me over lied about his probable cause and then created a second lie out of whole cloth to bolster his first lie, which required criminal intent on his part and triggered the Terry v. Ohio ruling. The guy who did the breath test swore in court that he did not pull the plug on the intoxilyzer 8000. But to hide the second login he tampered with the login data and did such a good job that he hid BOTH Logins, so we have a test result from the same machine that says nobody logged into it that day! That is proof that he tampered with evidence, which requires criminal intent on his part! It also proves that he committed perjury in court when he swore he did not pull the plug. He also said I had watery eyes when I was being treated for DRY EYES by the local VA Medical Center. He also disagreed with the guy who pulled me over on that point and two others based on my physical appearance! And my public pretender refused to accuse either deputy of any form of malfeasance whatsoever! And the best civil rights lawyer in the county won't even look at my evidence because those cases are too hard to win! My appellate public pretender also refused to accuse my trial public pretender of being ineffective counsel, and failed to use federal case law such as Florida v. Royer for the unlawful search that resulted in the theft of $15 in cash plus a cell phone that I paid just under $70 for plus $4.90 tax so they stole almost exactly $90 from me that morning. Yeah, I want to file a section 1983 lawsuit against seven defendants from the local Sheriff's Office to NHTSA, which has lied for decades about the accuracy of their Standardized Field Sobriety Tests! I'm thinking $3 million from each defendant plus five times that in punitive damages. I lost 7 of my 8 cats during the 47 days I spent in jail because the statement about my headlights made me a supposed danger to the public! Yes, I have a serious case here, and I lost a substantial portion of my remaining days on this planet, since I still don't have my license and I live 30 miles out of town, so no social life to speak of! Oh, yeah, I had a good reputation as a freelance photojournalist specializing in motorsports when I was younger, so I believe my reputation was damaged to the same degree as E. Jean Carroll's was!

  4. I would look at the cop as well too and don't say a word just yesterday Chille I saw 2 cops👮🏾👮🏼‍♀ and I said HI to them and they said hi back to me as well with no problem🤦🏼‍♂🤷🏾‍♀.

  5. Well Chille, I ordered, and payed for, with my card, 2, not just one, but two of those cop cards, and I never got them, you ignored me when I told you that, and you swept me under the rug Chille. You did that Chille. I was on your live chat telling you that I payed for 2 cop cards, and never got them, and you ignored me. You ignored me, and I lawfully payed for them. That was probably 2years ago, or more. You lost some credibility to me Chille. I would like my cop cards though, since I payed for them with hard earned money.
