So folks, I’m glad to see a few of you have outed this piece of crap frauditor and pointed out the original full video shows the driver is not handicapped. Chille is a self proclaimed Constitutional Scholar despite having shocking gaps in his knowledge, at least one of which puts you in danger of being arrested. He uses a minority opinion to support his claim that Mimms v Penn. does not give police the right to tell you to get out of your car on a traffic stop. The Supreme Court majority opinion said police are allowed. As well for a so called “scholar” he has no clue how to prepare a legal filing or even what constitutes defamation or evidence. You can see his court videos, where the judge makes him look like a clown. Chilly also suffers from inferiority complex, or small man syndrome, he’s a little chihuahua yapping at the big dogs. He thinks he scares and intimidates cops, repeated brags he’s the alpha , he’s a tough guy, you don’t want to mess with me yapping, but a true alpha, confident in themselves NEVER yaps. Most officers don’t engage with him not because he outwits them, but they follow the adage, don’t wrestle with a pig, you get muddy, and the pig enjoys it, in other words, they don’t see a need to engage with a circus clown. For a clown who has repeatedly says he just LOVES to go to court, LOVES it, he’s remarkably unsuccessful, winning a grand total of ZERO cases, and ZERO dollars. He suit against LVPD that he repeatedly announced was so easy, clear cut, and would make him a millionaire, shame the LVPD, prove he was a champion of the little guy. If you check the video from other sites (Blue Bacon maybe) it really highlights how incompetent, and unprepared ole chilly is in court. He learned Internet Expert does not granslss as te to real world smart, kinda like being a millionaire on a monopoly board. I would recommend checking out civil rights lawyer who sued police for a living, review one of Chilly’s videos, he points out several errors in Chillys advice that will escalate a routine traffic stop and turn a warning into a ticket, ticket into more tickets or even arrest and criminal charges. The advice of ALL lawyers is court is where you fight if you truly believe you’ve been wronged. Interesting thing about this lawyer is even though he’s sued bad cops he’s also defended good cops and departments from frauditors. I’m other words Chilly aka Big-Tiny-Tall-Saddle, the Yapping Chihuahua is all hat and no cattle. One last thing for Chilly and all the other frauditors who assert they’ve saved people with phone video, meh! A lot of phone video has been deliberately edited to put shade on cops,, like this one, although cops may have been reluctant about dash cams and body cams at first, they LOVE, there are so many cases now where people have made false allegations that become viral and the mob eats it up and believes it, kinda like where cops were accused of throwing a guy of a bridge, and then beating him, until 4 body cams, and dash cams show when the closest cop was 10’ away buddy sprinted and dove over the bridge and fell 19’, but then tried to fight cops who rushed to the seen to administer emergency aid. And Chilly don’t forget the adage; the man who represents himself has a fool for a client, and in your case the fool is the Clown King of Fools. Folks be careful, look for actual lawyers, there’s lots, on YouTube that provide actual advice that will help you, don’t buy the trifold, it’ll only make things worse, and don’t follow the advice of a guy suffering little guy syndrome who thinks yapping like a Chihuahua is his best strategy to look like a man when he has no real Avenue in the real world to demonstrate that, at best you look like an AssClown, and you could end up talking YOURSELF into unnecessary ticket(s), arrest or criminal charges.
