  1. Cops HAVE to tell you the reason for the stop otherwise it is arbitrary detention, a human rights violation.
"Suspicion" without RAS is nothing but the opinion of the individual. And reasonable can ONLY come from "a person of reasonable judgement", of which tyrants can NEVER be.

  2. A citizen that knows their rights is what cops are now calling disrespect FYI 🖕is not disrespect or disorderly conduct its call free speach by the US Supreme Court…

  3. A cop being a blatant criminal. No surprise there. He knows that its not illegal to not want to be followed and stalked by a cop incase you make a mistake like signal just a half a second to late, yet he used not wanting to be stalked as an excuse for the stop, therefore admitting to a crime. Not wanting to be followed and stalked doesn't give reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime. At best it gives mere suspicion, which isn't enough to legally make a stop as mere suspicion is subjective and assumptive. Being able to articulable a fact that provides reasonable suspicion of a crime is objective as it is based on facts you can articulable that reasonably suggests a certain crime was committed, is being committed, or is about to be committed. Not wanting to be followed doesn't provide any fact about a crime being committed.

  4. Reminds me of the case out of Humphreys County Tennessee. The sheriff's office thought that a guy from Hickman County was suspicious because the guy from Hickman County because Tennessee is deep into the Bible belt. So on a Sunday evening the guy ran out of cigarettes and the only store open that sold cigarettes was a truck stop so he went there. The cops thought that was odd and they followed him back to his place of employment in Hickman County and they demanded that they could search the business and when he realized that they were from a different County he declined the search the cops then broke down the door and assaulted the guy.

  5. Unfortunately, when a person is driving or operating a motor vehicle, a police person CAN request identification, including operator's license and proof of insurance. So, apparently the suspicion of a crime is not necessary.

However, this would require the "stop" be very, very short duration. Without index of suspicion, there can be no "excuse" to force the driver to remain.

  6. You're a suspicious idiot, so he pulled you over. If you genuinely didn't do anything illegal, simply shut up, identify yourself, wait 10 minutes and get on with your life. That's how this works. End of story.

  7. On the side of the road it’s easy for a cop to say they had reasonable suspicion and leave it at that, but it’s much harder to sit in court in the witness stand and specifically explain to a judge what the exact factors of the suspicion are and how that is reasonable
