In the U.K. if the cop is fired or retire and they get a would be dismissed if they hadn't retired they are then put on a police ban register so they can't just go to another police station and join up but a cop was barred 3 times from being s cop he ignored the first 2 and didn't put the fact he was barred on his application but he was sacked for missconduct first time sacked for failing to admit he was barred from being a cop secound and third time
