Worst rights trampling cops I ever experienced were in Pennsylvania. All these little towns and boroughs with their punk cops. They would even nitpick things like if your car tires were too far out from the side of your rims. My friend's husband Rich was pot dealer when he was in high school and served some time for it. After he got out, the local cops harassed him constantly. Followed him for no reason. Stopped him without cause. Even stopped him one time and combed the carpet on the floor of his car, looking for any sign of marijuana. So, he started pursuing legal action against them, but needed proof. He got his wish one night. A few of his friends got ahold of some police radios and started monitoring the cops. One of the guys heard the main bully cop say he saw Rich's car at the store and was gonna see if he could find anything. The cops were literally planning over the radio to see if they could get Rich to break any driving law. What they didn't expect was once one of Rich's friends first heard they spotted his car, he called another and they both recorded the conversations over the radio. Rich was able to use it to get harassment charges against the police department, and the main antagonist got fired.

Academy testing fraud. I've seen the test. You have to have above average observational skills and detail retention. They deliberately recruit below average people as a battle against taxpayers. A contemp policy.

I read a comment the other day that was the greatest idea: all the lawsuits being settled against cops should come right off the top of the pension funds so all cops suffer every time there’s a payout. That would put a stop to this bullshit.
