A city cop here in Martinsburg, West Virginia did exactly what you’re describing. He was speeding doing over 100 mph or 35 mile per lane and killed the people in front of him and he hasn’t been arrested or anything. They blamed it on the people that died like it was something they caused.
Years ago an old schoolmates baby brother ran away from home. While in Dallas Texas, crossing the street, a "LEO" was speeding down the street (2x speed limit) w/ no lights or siren at the same time Cody was crossing the street. Was a shame to have to attend a funeral of someone so young die by the negligence of a pig.
