  1. When the auditor started taunting the officers with a few choice words in an attempt to get their attention, in an obvious responce to the blatent disrespect they were showing her, by walking away and ignoring her questions; they can't use the excuse of yelling fire in a crowded building, because she was only within earshot of and addressing the officers, who didn't show any concern for her words whatsoever, and in fact were going to great lengths to ignore her; that was of course until they decided to violently slam her to the ground and beat her face to a pulp! I wouldn't believe this physical and civil rights abuse of the public even happens by our public servents, who took an oath to protect and defend the constitution, accept over and over and over and over snd over again; these auditor and other public bystander video's, record such abuse for the record. I'm still in disbelief of the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the law enforcement recorded; every time I watch one of these videos; especially because I know good cops; I just didn't know how rare the good ones are!

  2. F**k your council meeting. We are all the "media". That's the magic of the 1st amendment. You don't need a special badge or credentials for press. Freedom of Press is in the 1st amendment.

  3. Time, Place snd Manner restrictions are just more fancy unconstitutionsl footwork to impede civil rights. There are constitutionally protected civil rights, and then some unconstitutional special circumstance loop hole added later.

  4. Being a cop is a dream job for cowardly bullies.. This is the exact reason why people say defund the police. Many times i have witnessed cops doing this very same thing. There is dirty cops in every police department. Most of them now know not to show the dirty deeds when they have a camera on them. Cameras only show maybe 2% of their crap. Most people have been brainwashed into worshipping authority and that started when they were very young. Gullible people destroy nations. Never go anywhere without wearing your face diaper. Dogs comply/obey! Dogs worship their leaders. Am i allowed to say STUPID?

  5. If it was the other way around & the lady had pushed the officer down & he ended up with similar injuries as her she would have been looking at several years in PRISON, long probation or parole later & a big fine-ABSOLUTELY!!!

  6. Let me ask something that I think is a fair question. These people that have YouTube channels recording the police, wouldn't their channels be more meaningful if they showed both sides of police work. Not just the police who violate people's rights, but show the officers who go above and beyond to make the streets a safer place.
I am not going to deny that there are bad officers out there. I have seen enough videos, especially on this channel that show them out there. It's a shame that they get away with it. I also know there are some very good officers out there. I see them every day, many I know by name. I serve them lunch at the restaurant I work at. They sometimes come in with their wives when they are off duty. They are just ordinary people like the rest of us just trying to get by in life. But they see a lot of bad things that most of us will never see like kids hit by a car, gun shot victims, people burned to death in a car crash. They also see the very worst of humanity- child molestors, rapists, wife beaters. Yeah I know, its the job they signed up for. But still, what a terrible thing to deal with daily.
I guess while this lady is out looking for bad officers, I think of the ones I see everyday and I get sad when I think that today might be the last time I see any of those officers. This city is getting to be a dangerous place.

  7. Why is she purposely bothering the police? Why doesn't she do as they say? is she known in the neighbourhood to do this? Why not support the police? It seems like the american public has declared war on the police, provoking them and when they react they post the recordings to show police brutality without talking about what lead up to that.

  8. Those other two cops should have arrested their partner instead of her and showed they were among the good cops but they are showing they are not in the good cop collum.

  9. I tend to side with police officers but in this case it looks like clear abuse. The man that slammed that old lady knew who she was and what she was doing, he knew she was not violent, had no weapon; he just did not like her and he lost his cool and severely injured the old lady unnecessarily. Why didn’t he have the two female officers make the arrest? Surely the two female officers could handle arresting one harmless old lady that they knew was just taking a cell phone recording. That bully of a policeman lost his cool and abused his power to hurt an old lady; the video and evidence make this obvious. There will be a very large settlement awarded for sure and if the police force is smart they will get rid of this rogue policeman before he causes another law suit.

  10. Being a cop used to be a noble profession, but today, police have become a gang of TYRANT thugs, they don't give to damn about your RIGHT'S, or the constitution, unless it benefits them. We the people must do everything and anything to stop them, if not, we will wake-up one day with no LIBERTIES at all. We need to END QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, it's not law, Qualified immunity is a judicial doctrine developed by the Supreme Court that shields public officials from liability for misconduct, even when they have broken the law. Congress never past any law whereby the police can violate your RIGHT'S and get away with it!
NEVER OPEN YOUR DOOR FOR THE POLICE(when at home), NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE W/O A LAWYER, even if you've done nothing wrong, and always, ALWAYS RECORD THE POLICE!

  11. The interesting thing is that Turner vs Driver happened as result of filming a Fort Worth Police Department, and this incident also happened in Fort Worth. You would have thought Fort Worth PD would have learned their lesson the first time around.

  12. Dude enough with the clickbait thumbnails & titles. Please don’t become like the rest of the garbage channels. Even your damn commercials. Y’all start making some money & don’t hesitate to sellout.

  13. Received a Speeding Ticket in the Mammoth Cave NP National Park. I didn't challenge the ticket, however I was asked to provide my Social and Phone number, which I declined. I said my Privacy and 4th amendment were non negotiable. I was asked if I had a weapon in the car, to which I replied, I don't answer questions. I was instructed to get out of my vehicle to talk, which I did. I was told to lean against my car, but I declined stating that I don't lean against my car.
Typically I was asked why I did not want to comply I told him that I didn't know who they were and I was not comfortable giving access to my social security number and my phone number because my financial info was at stake. The privacy act disclosure statement on the back of the ticket stayed in the night was a mandatory for me to give my social security number was explained by the Ranger. I asked if my failure to provide my social security number would result in my arrest or any other financial obligation in the future, and the officer would not answer. I happen to take a step to my left and the other officer me to be a statement about my taking a step towards him, to relax. I asked if he pulled me out of my vehicle because of officer safety and he said yes. I said what did I do to alarm him about his safety. He never answered. I told him he had to have a reason rather than me just not wanting to answer questions. I then said you have enough time to stop me and hold me for the violation, and this was certainly over that time frame. I asked him one more time if I was going to be arrested or subject to more penalties if I did not provide my social Security number, and he said he didn't know. Which I thought was a good answer on his part so I said maybe he needed to call someone to find out. He did not do that, I said he wasn't going to arrest me and I was free to go. He never asked me to sign the ticket and just handed it to me.

  14. Not Fort Worth again, the town where I grew up, the city whose police caused brothers of mine no end of pain by false evidence and simple perjury – and that was way back in 1971. The list of awful police behavior just in the last two years is frightening. Now this.

  15. That officer needs to be arrested and jailed for the assault. That was totally uncalled for. The force used was totally uncalled for. He DOES NOT EVER need to be an officer. Strip him of his qualifications. He is a disgrace to the uniform. I hope she wins a HUGE law suit against everyone involved in this incident. What a total douche bag. The first worth police dept should be embarrassed to have such an officer on the force. They have a bunch of them in that dept. I’m sure when they investigate themselves they will find he did nothing wrong.
