Stalking, Public Disturbance/Nuisance, Disorderly Conduct… I'm sure there's more I just can't think of them right now. Why can't the cop just admit he was in the wrong and apologize? I know plenty of cops in my town that are just like this, but luckily for my town theirs more cops in my town that obey the law and don't let the power go to their head. I just wish all cops wouldn't let the power go to their head, and obey the same laws they enforce!
Not saying that it isn't illegal,but if he was smoking cigarettes there is no reason to record him and harass him around,there is nobody around and there seems to be nothing flammable so i do not see too much of an issue,the rest on the other hand is obviously cops fault.

I have a Chrysler 300S with super dark tint; so my response is to lock my door and NEVER speak with them and act like they are not tapping on the window trying to bark at me saying "sir, there's no tobacco allowed on the property"…… I have learned that there's no common sense INSIDE; therefore I refuse to engage in any communication with them, after 7 min of being ignored…… They get frustrated and leave

I hate these stupid signs I never listen to them and I’ve never had a problem as long as you’re respectful about people walking in and out of the building and you kind of walk away from them so that they’re not being surrounded by the cigarette smoke I don’t see what the problem is just be respectful of your surroundings and the people in it!
That officer is a threat to his community and should be put down violently. He’s shown he is unfit to conduct himself or retain bodily function, every second he’s allowed the use of his limbs his city is under a grave threat.
