Andre Wolfford should have testified against that guy in court. They should have done to Daniel Starks what he did to Andre Wolfford. Andre did nothing wrong. Starks should have done more time than that. Life sentence was what he should have gotten.

3 years was not enough. He was cuffed and not resisting. The officer was completely unhinged and it should’ve been closer to the 10 year mark
Ok, that was pretty bad. I have no problem with getting roughed up a bit but that one went way too far.
Administrative leave NEEDS to be removed from every department across the US. If you mess up at the job site, you go home pending investigation and HR response, if you get that. We should treat our officers the same our corporations treat us. They LOVE saying we aren't a socialist country, yet unlike the rest of us, they enjoy benefits that only a socialist state can provide.
We will only get better when we are all treated equally. If I mess up at work and voluntarily hurt another person, I will never work in my industry again, ONCE I leave jail. I am very happy for LL's content and that our populace is using cameras to show the truth. With visibility we can all shine a light on those who operate in the dark.
Well I was amazed to hear that this officer was actually jailed, even if was only 36 months. The other officers could easily have stepped in to stop this officer from tasing this man, but I would assume that they knew him to be a bully and saved themselves from his wrath instead.
No, 36 months was NOT enough, and the "restitution" ordered was a slap in the face of justice, and in the faces of all people treated like garbage under color of law.
INTERVENTION was needed, and DENIED by the other officers. So, they reported the abuse later. So what? As Ben Franklin is reputed to have said, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
They should have prevented this tasing of the subject while in handcuffs, period, becauss the cure sucked.

How to determine if the sentence is correct – 1. Imagine the roles are reversed and the citizen tased a cuffed officer and what the sentence would be for the citizen. 2.Take that sentence and add a percentage because police are held to a higher standard. 3. That would come out to about 12 – 17 years. OH WAIT, I forgot, pigs are above the law.

Thankfully they're instituting a law (already active in some places) to hold ALL cops on scene accountable not just the thug doing the beating.. under the new law no matter how many cops on scene, if they witness another cop doing wrong and fail to act they will be held just as accountable as the one doing the wrong. Right when that officer taste the suspect that other officer should have jumped at him and told him to get the hell away he said didn't he just continued doing his thing like nothing happened even if the guy fell to the ground he just continued you know doing his handcuff s*** if he's a good cop he would have stopped it so that tells me that all of them there were bad cops
You're two questions at the end are both no no it wasn't enough time and no other officers reporting it wasn't enough they should have stopped it when it happened I'm not allowed him to try to do it a second time he should have been removed from the scene because there was plenty of officers there to take care of the same this would have been completely done if that officer would have never teased him and I think you should sue them the Sheriff's Office the county whatever Police Department all of them
