First, you don’t have legal authority to approach and demand cooperation in a private business unless you have the permission of the business’ owner or agent acting on behalf of the owner.
Walmart would have asked you to conduct your business OUTSIDE.

4, instead of operating in the grey and likely illegal area try gathering proof first.
5, (perhaps the biggest issue), since the right to due process is a constitutional right and very relative, he has the RIGHT TO FACE HIS ACCUSER(S) in a court of law one should demand that YOU include that persons name and contact information in your report. Please produce that PUBLIC INFORMATION.

(2) Minimum Associate degree in Administration of Law.
