    Theres good cops, theres bad cops. These are bad cops. Because of this encounter, this man and his family will dislike police the rest of his life. I dont think they realize what the bigger picture is.

    Forget it, he is done, and WAS done when he plead "No Contest." Why in the name of God did he take the word of a "public defender?" THAT was a major mistake. He has no claim because of that.

    Public defenders are worthless to your freedom. The only use they have is getting you a deal if you plead guilty. Public defenders work for the prosecution. They are not your friend. They are there to fluff the prosecutor's career.

    We need AI police bots soon it's the only way police brutality is going to stop. I don't know what about being a cop that attracts idiots to apply, it doesn't require any skills to be a police officer. They never go after real criminals they just like terrorizing tax paying citizens who pay their salary.

    Like I always say the bad police had disgusting parents that should have not had kids, the cops are just a product of their environment. Sure they had the choice to change but still wanted to be like mom and dad.

    Hate to break it to ya but a curfew is unconstitutional. The constitutional "freedom of movement" would negate a curfew. They pointed firearms at a person where the callout wasn't specifying a crime just suspicious in nature, then assault him by smashing his face into the ground, the rip his cloths and cut his backpack off him still without a crime committed but conspire to arrest him anyway. Civil rights lawsuit, remove their qualified immunity, and sue every single one personally.

    When i was a juvenile they put me in a cell without a mattress just because i "mouthed off" when they started asking me questions while waiting for the late school bus after school. i went to the "hill" to smoke a cigarette because you cant smoke on school grounds then when i came back on the resource "officer"(really security) told me you can't leave and then come back on school property(lies) then he called a real officer and they "arrested" me for that. they put mein the cell with a smirk, probably because the mattress, but i just used my hoodie as a pillow and sleep til ma dukes came and picked me up, i think that pissed him off a bit lol… no matter what never let them know the little games they play affect you, even as a hard headed teenager i knew that shit
