  1. If this is not a travesty, then what is…
It´s clear that these "police officers" need much better education on the law and what it actually means to be a police officer.
@thecivilrightslawyer is doing a great job raising awareness of these cases – thank you!

  2. Why would she not be allowed to get her property? He had no reason to keep it. Unless he was going to commit a crime and leave her items or vest off to them. He is holding stolen property thst is a crime

  3. No comments? No reprimants? No consequences?

WTF did they think they were doing?

Did the ex-girlfriend still have stuff in the house? Was is nice of the guy not to let her in to get it?
Doesn't matter. That sort of stuff happens, and you have to deal with it.

But the police invading a house and assaulting the owner… that is NOT they way to deal with it. That's not legal… that's criminal. Do these "peace officers" seriously think their badges give them the right to do whatever they want?

  4. This was a home invasion cut and dry, they broke in armed with the intention of assaulting and kidnapping the home owner, you can also throw attempted murder in there since they knowingly tazed a person with a heart condition/pacemaker which has been know to end in a fatality.

I'm not a lawyer or law expert but I do believe both of these are felonies and they aren't getting as much as a slap on the wrist for it.

  5. Once they entered the home, everything they did was criminal. They should lose their qualified immunity and be charged with attempted murder in the 1st degree, breaking and entering, grand larceny, terroristic threatening, and all the civil rights violations.

  6. Qualified Immunity does not apply. They committed conspiracy to commit felony breaking and entering and then participated in said felony.

  7. Thats extreme, if you wear tearing one off in the shower and Darth Vader springs in and tases your naked arse, you would prsy you went unconscious, he might whip out his light saber for a stern rodgering and hey, anything could happen with officers that will do that you could go missing or worse, or worse.

  8. Was it excessive force? What a dumb question. As the police should never have entered the home then ANY force is excessive. Police world wide are out of control and the law is failing to protect people which is making the law increasingly pointless. Until thug police who break the actual law are held accountable as any other person would be then it will continue to get worse. Thugs with badges are not police.

  9. Unbelievable that these thugs are employed on tax payers money. Always astonished with this channels content. ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

  10. Somethings a miss here! As you said they havent release the whole body cam video of what happened and although I do agree that excessive force was used by the police the question remains in my mind, "why did he refuse to just let her get her things and be done with her?" Depending on where you live you cant just kick out a person and take their keys like the gf said he did, remember the police is getting one side of the story most likely cause "he" the victim was uncooperative when they first knocked on the door.
If she in fact lived there by law she can force her way in and give permission to police to enter to get her things. I've been thru this myself, once a person is living in your house/apartment for x amount of time you have to go thru an eviction process and you cant just refuse to let them in and or change the locks or kick them out.
Then you present this other case non related to this one as what proof of cops in that county using excessive force? Again I dont dispute that the cops were wrong in entering the house the way they did, but also again why the refusal to just let her get her things? I agree that the whole body cam footage should be released in order to see every detail of the interaction as a whole not just in bits and pieces.
