Cops at Your Door: What They Don’t Want You to Know

This sort of behavior happens all the time: cops show up to a private residence, they knock on the door. What are your rights in that situation? What rights to the police have to do what they’re doing? Let’s make some things clear.

  1. 1. When cops with a warrant refuse to show warrant and threaten you.
    2. When they search and damage house.
    3. When they have no warrant and refuse to leave and put their foot in the door..
    Happens all the time..

  2. Leave it to a cop to escalate a situation unnecessarily over a few plants on someone's private property No critical thinking anything that's illegal no matter how small they got to chase you to the end of the earth some cops are the most dangerous people you'll ever come across

  3. If you open the door, then they stick their foot in and if you so much as brush their toe trying to close the door, he and his friends pile in, like a football tackle, bruise you like you bruised their ego, then drag you off for assaulting an officer. Best to never open the door for pigs or vampires.

  4. I've lost respect for cops..the FBI is a corrupt joke…
    I like reading comments..
Thanks..reminds me years ago..my uncle was a lawyer in Chicago area..
He told me FBI lies in court all the time..
    That was 1975

  5. I've heard of some posting a "No Trespass" sign, with a fee schedule, ie, "$10,000 per incident, includes all public agents" has been effective. We used a similar sign at our private business, "not open to the public", "lessons jby contract only" with "Trespass fee" noticed for all public agents. When the fire Marshall visited once based on some report, and wanted to enter to inspect the private business, he 1) stuck his head in the door but did not step across the threshold, 2) asked the admin person if he could speak to whomever was in charge, and 3) when the woman in charge denied him permission to enter, he left…. And never came back.

  6. Here is what you do. Go to the door. Ask for a warrant. If no warrant; "Tell them to get off your property. Close the door." The people on the porch should have asked for a warrant. When the police said 'No we don't have a warrant.' The should have said get off my property, gone inside and closed the door. If in either case the police persist, call 911 ask for a supervisor.

  7. I have one of those metal screens on my front door with a lock on it as well as all my windows, and I have a sign on there says high voltage the cop was banging on my door. I opened it, and I said open the screen door I said no open it up or I’ll break it open I said ball torture with a sign that says high-voltage. Somehow we didn’t get the hang of it Until they got enough falters like a Stone Ghana 50,000 V into him he Peed himself shit himself and it was flopping like a dead fish. I’m on my deck. I got it all on video and they try to get me for assault to an officer, or some kind of death thing or whatever I got the sign was there I want him to touch it and he try to break it open and I push the button and it shocked him the hell out of him. That’s my break and Steph thing because I live in a bad neighborhood, he learned the hard way, and he had no right to come in. My house had no warrant or nothing like that. I loved it except that a hose off the deck and get the shit off the deck because it kept on shit himself he had diarrhea.πŸ˜‚

  8. Just read an article today that SCOTUS is taking up a case that involves nullifying qualified immunity. Hope thats the outcome. It's gotten ridiculous. Police can do whatever they want without fear of repercussions.

  9. I once heard someone say that if all the lawyers were laid head to toe around the Equator… the world would be a better place…πŸ˜…

But, I would never want YOU, mr. John, to be part of that chain. Please keep practicing law, defending the rights of us ordinary citizens who would otherwise have to put up with these tyrants… God bless you, SIR… In some cases, all it takes is ONE JUST MAN taking a stand to stem a tide of evil…πŸ˜ˆβœ‹πŸ€Ί

  10. My issue is the blatant disregard of the limits of Law enforcement. Cops and their superiors are getting away with crimes, yet let any ordinary citizen perpetrate the same offense, and off to jail they go. Prosecutors and Judges many times are aware of the crimes committed by law enforcement, yet the powers to be turn a blind eye. It's all a racket aimed for the most part to making money and keeping them in a high paying position and job. Sure they catch some bad guys, but that's not enough for these people. Justice has very little to do with the "justice system".

  11. You don't answer there questio nd then they can say that makes u shisty! Most people don't have money or time to get arrested an have to fight in court,so u just do what they say, they have us over a barrel an know it!

  12. Great video. I will take down all the cases and commit them to memory. You know, people say why give the cops a hard time if you have nothing to hide. Well, when do cops show up at your home to compliment you for following the laws. And man, hard to do I understand, but no speaketh other than Get off my property and maybe the case law. Nothing else. Nada.

  13. What type of force/violence can an innocent homeowner use/apply, to get cops without a warrant, out of his home/garden/property.?
If you warned these cops to leave, and they refuse to obey, what are you allowed to do to make them leave.?
