  1. That is insane. False arrest a felony, deprivation of right under the color of law another felony, excessive force another felony (no force was warranted as there was no crime, so any force is excessive force should always be part of false arrests), attempt to tamper with evidence another felony, and falsifying a police report another felony, yet he gets a 3 day vacation. Fucker should be in jail for at least 5-10 years, minimum.

This is going to come to a tipping point and then it will be time for tyrants to feed the tree of liberty.

  2. A cop blatantly commits state and federal crimes, including a federal felony, and they get a 3 day suspension without pay as one of the harsher punishments. When sued and charges get filed against them for their crimes, they often have barely any more repercussions, as even when they aren't supposed to get Qualified Immunity because the law they violated was well established, they often receive it and have no legal fees despite losing cases that reach into the tens of millions. Charges against them often don't get followed up on because they work with the prosecutors and judges and receive preferential treatment and give the excuse of their crimes being a "reasonable misunderstanding." If a civilian makes a mistake and accidentally violates a law, "ignorance of the law is no excuse." They blatantly violate rights, and all of a sudden, ignorance is a valid excuse and gets called a "reasonable misunderstanding." A civilian commits a misdemeanor by accident, and they get arrested, charged, put behind bars, have to pay a lawyer, lose time from work if they don't get fired, and spend months to years going to court, likely getting convicted and end up spending more time behind bars, paying fines, and or get put on probation. A cop commits multiple crimes, violating rights, and their victim has to deal with most all, and for some, all the punishments and heartache they would deal with if they accidentally committed a misdemeanor.
I got falsely arrested and charged with aggravated DUI for refusal to test, spent 3 days in jail, 6 months going to court, lost my job, got shunned by my father, and finally got all charges dropped when one of the 4 officers testified that I repeatedly asked for a breathalyzer and blood testing because I was sober when arrested as well as that there was dash cam footage proving it despite my lawyer and I being told there wasn't any footage. Took me another 8 months of dealing with the court to get my arrest record expunged. Took 2 more years to just get 2 of the 3 other officers suspended over the incident. Screw our 2 tier injustice system that allows "law enforcement" officers to be the biggest group of criminals in the country.

  3. I can't have any cop friends they are programmed to be falsely selfritious an use no descretion i used to hang with some an the night would always end with them violating someones rights because they felt desrespected .

  4. Watching this thinking to myself " how do these "officer's think they're going to get away with this"?
Then various Police departments let them do exactly that… If there's doubt then i agree that the dept back's their officer, but once the evidence has been seen, once the officer has been shown to be in the wrong & once the TRUE nature/intent/violent behaviour of these officers then you'd think the dept would want to distance themselves from the guilty officer as soon as possible, but you'd be WRONG..how a police department can lessen the charge's, give out ridiculously low "punishment's" whilst continuing to employ them is mind blowing.
Quite apart from the injustices, injuries & mental distress caused to the innocent victims, the damage to the wider public's perception & trust in law enforcement is gone.
Surely there's a better, more successful way to vet the people who apply to join the police.. none of those guilty officer's were made that way by the job, it's more likely that the view's & perceptions they hold were in place before they entered service… If the police can't be trusted to follow the law, if they think that wearing the uniform make's them somehow above the law or if they simply joined the force purely to abuse the law then they need to be found out & either fired from the job or dismissed from tge training course permanently immediately

  5. This PIG knew exactly what he was doing ! Violating your rights and lieing about the incident on the report . So if you a power tripping PIG and you lie in the police report you only get a 3 day vacation ! This action will not get the PIGs to become honest law abiding officers . SUE HIM PERSONALLY OUT OF HIS Pension!

  6. The fact that the agency took action and disciplined him, means you definitely have a lawsuit. Sue the shit out of em. If you're in a hole, go audit the cops, wait for them to stomp on your rights ans get some money.

  7. Qualified immunity is bullshit and giving these big ego assholes a vacation is bullshit too. Make a real change or don’t do anything. This crap you cops do isn’t fixing anything at all. Just cover it up!!!
