  1. Plus, he became the distraction himself. You’re so far away, in the corner of his eye. Just standing there. You’re not approaching him, you’re not interfering whatsoever, you’re not even speaking at all in that moment, yet he chose to pull out of formation to stop and yell at you. Who’s more distracting?? Especially to the other two cops, who must’ve seen you and said nothing, bc they were focused on the job at hand. HE wasn’t. Which is worse, some dude on the periphery, or another cop directly behind you shouting at someone yards away? Yeah, he can request, but that’s it. Like many others, I don’t think you handled it the best way you could have, but you’re human. Resorting to profanity and name calling, especially in front of your little girl, to the point where she was afraid of you possibly being arrested…not the best position. However, I respect you for acknowledging that and admitting you could have done better. You took the feedback and criticism, and instead of getting defensive and lashing out at your viewers, you took it in stride and learned from it, adjusting your behavior accordingly. (At least I hope so, I only just found your channel, lol.) Mad props for that dude, honestly. Not many people can do that, especially on here and social media.

  2. Cops are the people who come to lowes and expect me to be an experienced plumber and electrician with a background in building an entire house just to sell it for profit when all I needed was to update the carpet so it was clean for someone tryna buy an overpriced house.

  3. well done…you're absolutely right that they need at least helmet cams. Even regular cams clipped to their vest would be good but can be blanked out by movement or interference of equipment. So, both should be mandated.

  4. They don't protect and serve shit. The police are the second biggest thieves in the country. Civil asset forteiture…
Know who's number one? All property crimes, Civil asset forfeiture, everything stolen in The USA added together yearly is dwarfed by tbe country's king thieves…
    Conservative estimates of $50billion yearly.
Remember this when you hear them complain about shoplifting…as they steal from you, their employees. Corporations are ruining this country and robbing us blind to boot. Capitalism is vile and opposite our nature. Studies prove neoliberalism tt😊gy😢😂😂q4ll) l

  5. Body cameras are good. I got it, you’re right. Suicide by cop! Maybe our neighborhood watch groups should have their cameras on. Even a robot on your property. How about lawn ornaments with cameras. Better yet remote control property ornaments with cameras. That way you can make a dear head or troll or those Irish people’s head turn, zoom, that would be so cool. Another comment. You’re the one to call. You knew if he was suicidal and/or homicidal .

  6. An why do the cops have access to start/stop control of the body cams. Especially after cops saying they need these cameras and they wont have access to the controls like they do. Absolute bs.

  7. Why does it say Chicago Sargent in the video description?
    I'm assuming it's a typo.

An why was the part of the video when you were stating legal law was censored?

Also, why in the world is not a private entity outside of law enforcement. For running the internal affairs department?
I've always had big issues with the understanding of that

  8. Another puszy cop. He asked everyone Would you site him. Can’t even make his own decisions!! Definitely doesn’t know the Constitution! He’s a danger to society 100%. Cop’s always assume their better at what they do then anyone they meet on the street. Not knowing what, where,or what kind of training we have!! Very ignorant.

  9. Body cameras are not some privilege or prize for the police. Rather, it's an oversight for the public to see what they're doing because of their misconduct and murderous ways and lying about their killings and misconduct to the point where we can't trust anything any of them say and the only way the public will now know what really happened whenever it's their word against a dead victim is if we can see it for ourselves so in such a situation it makes no sense for the person being monitored to be able to cut off the monitoring device at THEIR own will. You might as well let all defendants be their own jury!

  10. The police thinks threatening someone with arrest is the same thing as making a request. This psychosis is supported by the system and WILL find its way to leadership.

  11. That is ridiculous having camera that get blocked my body armor, maybe arms folded across their chest. Officers should not be able to mute and delete items on the camera. They can stop filming, mute and block out their activity and just show what they want to be seen. That is a waste of money for those useless body camera.

  12. This is how it comes with police year 1 hit the gym take the steroid and adderall all the way to year 5 when they know they’re protected from being fired. Then they stop gojng to gym so much and start gojng to 7/11 and Dunkin’ Donuts by year 10 there 250lb car babysitters cause they’re so fat and outta shape they cannot do anything. I could literally out run 85% of my local department in my area and I’m disabled that should tell you something. There mostly all tyrants in NY I’ve seen them destroy plant evidence I’ve see them beat people from a inch of there lives they don’t wear body cams and can do whatever they want

  13. WORRIED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF PEOPLE BUT, THE MANS FAMILY IS OUT THERE MAYBE 10 FEET AWAY FROM THE WHOLE SCENE AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEM. THEY CARE ABOUT SOMEONE 100 FEET AWAY BUT NOT THE FAMILY 10 FEET AWAY. This 🐖 said come on out here because he knows he is allowed on his porch.

  14. Coming to this video series super late and someone's probably already mentioned it, but once the officers admit that they don't "have time" to interact with someone standing on their own property and recording from 100 ft away isn't Nelson's continued interaction with you the "interference" in the investigation?

I mean, as far as legalese and all that goes, I understand that cops can't seem to do ANYTHING wrong in the moment, but if interfering is a crime and the other officers were trying to deal with the substance of the call at your neighbor's house, shouldn't Nelson be charged with interfering in their investigation?

They're all suited up and preparing to make contact and then another officer decides THAT'S the moment to "make time" to interact with someone 100 ft away and shout threats at them? Isn't he distracting THEM at that point? Can they really focus on what they're doing when someone who's supposed to be supporting them turns around and starts shouting at randos on the street? I feel like the other officers should be pressing charges on Nelson for hindering their investigation and putting them at serious risk.
