  1. Fire everyone of these cops. Never let them work again. Remember policing only works because (and if) we respect them and the institution. If their actions make the populace lose respect, then it all falls apart. As stated by Sir Robert Peel (1829), (The โ€œauthorโ€ of modern policing): "…the power of the police to fulfill their functions and duties is dependent on public approval of their existence, actions, behavior, and on their ability to secure and maintain public respect." — END QUALIFIED IMMUNITY!

  2. This is how innocent American citizens get murdered by police who then claim all kinds of made up stories. All these police should go through retraining or have their licenses revoked and never work again

  3. Modern policing itโ€™s all about violating peopleโ€˜s rights and hopefully the people survived so they can sue the police department and municipalities that are supposed to be in charge of them, sue the shit out of them.

  4. The DOJ defines deprivation of rights under color of law (18 U.S.C. ยง 242) as a federal crime where someone, acting under the authority of law (like police or public officials), willfully deprives another person of constitutional or federal rights, privileges, or immunities, or subjects them to different treatment due to race or alien status. This includes actions taken both within and beyond an official's lawful authority, as long as they pretend to act officially, and can involve unlawful searches, physical abuse, or denial of due process.
    Key Elements of 18 U.S.C. ยง 242
"Under Color of Law": Means an official (police, guards, judges, etc.) acts while purporting to exercise their official duties, even if the act itself is unlawful.
"Willfully": The person must have acted intentionally to deprive someone of their rights.
Deprivation: Taking away rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the U.S. Constitution or federal laws.
Examples of Violations: Unlawful stops, searches, arrests, excessive force, or denial of due process (like notice and a hearing for termination of benefits).

  5. THEY ARE LIERS,ALWAYS LIE
AND PEOPLE CHOOSE TO BELIEVE THEIR LIES, MANY PEOPLE BLIND AND RETARDED,THEY ARE NOT
ABLE TO ANALYZE THE SITUATION AND SEE THE TRUTH, THOSE CORRUPT CRIMINALS ARE PUBLIC ENEMIES.

  6. THEY ARE NOT OFFICERS,
    THEY ARE

  7. Evil persists when good men do nothing. All of us who enable this tyranny by doing nothing are more to blame. That's you in the comments. Look in the mirror cowards.
Most American men can't speak up for the good of anything. The only thing you folks dare to discuss IN PUBLIC is football and other stupid meaningless crap.
It's you who is the real culprit. Evil will always be evil. Are you good?
    I guess not!!!!!๐Ÿ˜Š

  8. Disgusting misuse of authority.. they all need to be charged with child abuse kidnapping and breaking an entering. Granted .. I know they have the right to enter without a warrant if they think someone is in danger but obviously, no one was and they shouldn't have done all of that shyte.
