The entire police department is corrupt and out of control unhinged and criminal thugs and this is clear.
Most police do know the law , they just don’t like it. They don’t like anyone but them to have firearms but themselves because they intimidate them. The problem is the courts don’t see it as violations of law , they perceive the constitution as a guideline rather than the law of the land. Citizens break the law government employees made a mistake and slightly didn’t follow the guidelines

The case would be moved to federal court already and my lawsuit for unlawful detention arrest kidnapping assault battery and threats of deadly force trespassing violation of my rights and the removal of my videos would be settled for about $5 million or $25,000 from the dirty cop who made the arrest another $25000 for the video being deleted and they turn in there police license and never ever get to work for any government job again

In Washington the recording of officers is protected by state law even if you're filming its a crime to destroy or order it destroyed

This is the kind of basic logic that you learn in college and these cops STILL deny seeing what is right in front of them. You can hold up a banana in front of their faces and say "I am holding this banana" and the cop looking at it would claim that you aren't. Frightening.

The officer and every member of the department, including civilian employees should all have deletion. Their pensions and all assets should be seized and their families left homeless.
Most likely the charges will be dropped the day of his heading, or a continuing request by the that police department in order to drag the case, that will prolong the man and his legal representation from presenting evidence in court.
