Accountability need to start going up the chain of comand , if parents are held accountable for thier kids , then supervisors and chiefs need to start being held to account too , they are responsible too

After world war two a group of veterans took on certain sheriff's departments.Because the corruption. Only thing that will fix this is we.The people hold these people liable for their actions. But that probably won't even occur. So we need the military to step in and arrest and detain under military law.Probably seventy percent of the police officers in this country. Until that happens.
