I have to start by saying, when the officers first came up to the vehicle, you could clearly see that the girl did have her foot on the brake. So with keys and active use of a vehicle’s functions she “is in control of the vehicle” WHICH IS NEEDED SOMETIMES IS STILL A 💩 LAW.
Now, as for the safety of two citizens, what would they be expected to do? Get out of the vehicle and take a nap on the sidewalk or in the parking lot next to the vehicle on each side 🤷🏼♂️ WTF
The only way to truly avoid something like this from happening is that if you were going to drink at all to make sure you were not going to operate a vehicle or have a vehicle with you with keys in your possession.

So why do you promote registration and showing a "drivers" license when Supreme Court says (even recently) that no license or registration needed for private automobile. The license is a "commercial" item used in commerce. When you aren't using the car (etal) for profit, as in transporting property for a paying customer or transporting a person for a fee then you aren't on the road for commercial purposes and you shouldn't give your COMMERCIAL license. Look up the legal definition of "registration". Then stop supporting the CORPORATION. the cops work for the Corporation. And 99.9% of female cops are worse than a female dog in my opinion.
