Where did this happen, what police agency and the officers name?🎉 What this Cop is doing is forcing I.D. checks so he can fish for warrants. As a 62 y/o white male he wouldn't look at me twice, but if I had dark skin and was under 40, or maybe even 50, or 60 he'd still stop me. This Cop and anyone working with him need to be investigated for how many false arrests he's made and then prosecuted for all of them and serve consecutive sentences.
Better get used to this under trump/Vance. He's got a lot of indemnifying to do.
