  1. Wow , what a ' caring ' system you have , why couldn't an officer get in the back of the ambulance with the guy until he got to the hospital instead of dumping him on the street , it can't be right

  2. Interesting enough here there is a legal obligation to render aid. Leaving someone in a helpless situation is a crime with a sentence up to 3 months. For untrained people calling emergency services would be enough. For trained person that are certified in first aid such as police or medically trained people such as ambulance personal are held to a higher standard. Here the ambulance personal might actually face criminal charges under these conditions.

  3. The level of inhumanity and indifference, until they realized they truly effe’d up, is staggering and appalling. If some people don’t lose their job and ability to perform in whatever capacity they were in then it will add insult to injury. Depraved indifference to human life – I thought we tried and convicted Nazi’s for this but in America we offer privileged individuals “qualified immunity” because God forbid they be held to that same standard.

  4. most infuriating when that blond chick says 'oh shit'. well no shit sherlock… i guarantee if its a white female, who does the same, they would have brought her to the hospital and save her life. how ppl treat homeless-looking ppl makes my stomach sick

  5. its scary just having a panic attack so its understandable that it would freak someone out if they were struggling to police the ambulance drivers should be wanting to calm him and should be used to some type of fight or flight situation as this you would assume be part of there training its not like a broken leg hes freaking out because he did not want to die which anyone whos facing death it a naturel thing in why someone would come across as maybe a light form of aggressiveness and as he was at the point being took to hospital he was their for under the ambulances care as soon as he stepped in so in my view they are at fault, and yes i understand that if they feel threatened that is past the anger or rage of being over the limit of what you would have expected in being far past the rational disturbance of how someone who struggling to breath would be,let alone that if hes struggling to breath he would have been dizzy etc, but even so when they called the police there was no reason that if they were told that he was being in a state of panic and having an aggressive or angry attitude that the police could have put him in there car and rushed him in, to me this is absolutely disgusting and that those women who refused to treat him they should be fired and i hope that they live with it for the rest of there life's as this was not a little blip, and while yes the police should not have just stood there but that it was only down to the police who actorly checked on him first , so i believe that the ambulance should be sued ,may this man rip he must have been terrified no one wants to die alone but to die with emts and police in arms reach is got to be worse due to knowing that they not even trying to speak to him while sat there in which you would think that yes hes now out of the ambulance and that they had the police as back up, but that he had calmed down and that they had a duty of care to just watch over him for 10-20 mins and check his breathing and pulse until they phelt that he was no longer struggling to breath because the did not say that he was lying about finding it hard to breath but was because he said or came across as a threating manor ,

  6. What legal authority did they have to demand him out of ambulance? Trespass was not mentioned. If this was not "a police incident" why did they give directives to vacate the ambulance? Why were people getting paid doing nothing as this man lay dying?

Why wouldn't their demand that he leave the ambulance be enough for liability? If they demanded a person having a metal crisis jump of a bridge would there not be liability? What about a demand for someone with a health crisis who may not be thinking clearly?

  7. Trouble is they hire taxi drivers to play doctors ambulance. Then train police to be Garbage collectors. This is AMERICA. Get set it's going to get worst. TRUMP will fofill your dreams of hell on earth.

  8. By the number of garments he had he was probably a homeless man. Sadly in their elite eyes he has no value, he is not a person to be helped but a problem to get rid of. The girl EMT realized she screwed up big time and started scrambling. I am a Volunteer Fire Fighter and drove ambulance for a time. We have had difficult patients from time to time. A good EMT knows how to deal with that and the answer isn't kicking the guy to the curb. I hope the family finds a way to sue them all. None of the cops or EMTs should have a job after this disgusting disregard for this man.
