Disgusting abuse of power.
OMG HORRIBLE
Clear excessive force, lack of de-escalation, and obvious violation of the Fourth Amendment.
Bubba Cop had to get it on
Gay gangs with guns.
This is out of control police , at some point citizens will need to defend themselves because the courts have lost control of the police. American citizens have a right to to defend themselves from being murdered in there house by the government
Curtilage
Serious question, if its on record that the cops said "mess with one you get us all" have a vendetta seemingly against the guy and also said "this is our fu**ing city" …. can't this actually be tried as a break in and pre meditated murder?
Leadership is crucial. Proper training and supervision is essential. This is clearly a home invasion and basically a murder by law enforcement.
THE FACT HE HAD A BASEBALL BAT SAYS IT ALL. WHAT DID HE INTEND TO DO WITH IT PLAY BASEBALL ? π π€£ π
This is sickening, another person is murdered by police and absolutely nothing is done to punish the real criminals, how long can people put up with this problem of cops abusing their power and killing people then never being held accountable
This was a hit
They'll investigate themselves
murder
TIL Today I learned what exigent means, you just keep on learning π
Even if the man had a gun and use it against the officer he had the right to defend himself, that officer abuse the power of been law enforcement, I feel sorry for the man and the close family especially that woman that tried to prevent them from going in and couldn't do anything.
So a man lost his life, due to a few blades of grass that was most likely his own grass. That his neighbor Covented, and the hatred of the local police officers. Who are supposed to protect that very community by being thugs and gang members. His social media posts must have been as spot on as that officers aim was with his official issued 9mm handgun. So in other words maybe these gun laws need to also be put on the government too not just us law abiding citizens out here. They literally make it us against them. They make it like that. How many more lives need to be lost to this? How much more needs to happen like this before enough becomes just that ENOUGH? what that department did was absolutely horrible and i think we need to go back to defending our own lifes instead of trusting a government ran institution to do it for us. There is way too many bogus laws and unnecessary contradictions that these people follow. But its the law. Maybe the law is wrong and causing the crime its supposed to prevent. Enough is enough its time we the people clean house.
The cop illegally entered the home and murdered the citizen period!!!!
Love how there is a person with a "weapon" bat coming towards the cops with guns, and the back up, just leaves the scene, exits the house leaving his partner in there by him self. Imagine how scared they were, someone had a bat, yet they only had guns and there was only 6 of them there, how terrefiying for the officers
It's basically murder. Why is it a crime to run across a neighbor's lawn? That is a civil suit and they should file a law suit on him not call the police. This whole story is BS
Ignorant police are scarry
But did they find an aluminum bat? Has the property line been confirmed? Was he in the alley, like he claimed? The was retaliation, calculated murder, IMO.
