Cops Point Guns Over THEIR Dumb Mistakes | “It’s Policy”

Is it unconstitutional for cops to point guns at innocent people they pull over due to a mistaken belief that a car is stolen?

  1. Cowards become cops in order to feel superior to others. How about the ignorant black cop that didn't know what the initials meant and gave dispatch the WRONG STATE Az vs Al.? A black family returning from Church had to endure the whole family getting guns pointed and handcuffs until someone with a half a brain figured out the REAL issue.

  2. I do enjoy your videos annual vocalisation the one thing you fell to tell anybody is that all cops I psychotic would you mind estimation seems to qualify them for the uniforms good luck with your future

  3. This is really 2 different issues. Mistakes happen, that's inevitable, that's one issue. The "policy" of using the threat of deadly force on suspected car thieves without cause is a separate issue, and is the real constitutional issue here. There needs to be a class action suit against this practice and it needs to end. "They might do something" based on an officer's suspicion and prejudice only and not anything the citizen has actually done, is unconstitutional.

  4. It is simple baffling how little the rank and file police know about the law and the US Constitution. For many years one could sit and watch an episode of Cops on Saturday night and see rights violations one after the other and they were so proud of it they put it on TV for all to see. Policy has to reconcile with the law and the Constitution, otherwise it cannot be policy.

  5. All LEO should carry malpractice insurance not the government . Qualified immunity must be a positive defense ONLY requiring court adjudication in each case . If LEO generates too many suites they lose coverage ,no coverage no certifications no job. Mistakes are violations same as other “civilians”.

  6. They will be able to use this tyrannical natzi system so long as the legal eyes above them don’t do anything to stop it. The public could lobby their politicians to abolish this natzi system that their forefathers fought against and won in the 1940s,how Americans can now accept this same system in the land of the free is beyond belief if it weren’t for the daily facts shown by auditors

  7. Officer safety sucks ass. It’s being abused by the police officers and things like Pennsylvania versus Sims and making us exit the vehicle and they do things wrong and there’s never a damn apologies for these a$$holes! Somewhere, somehow, some congressman of the United States needs to look at this stuff and help us write rewrite laws and get rid of the stuff and qualified immunity for police officers. This crap is ridiculous.
