Recently we filed a lawsuit against several police officers, as well as the City of Bluefield, West Virginia, after an off-duty Bluefield police officer essentially went on a rampage in my client’s bar. He got into a shootout; he physically attacked multiple civilians, including police officers, and more. It was all observed by multiple eyewitnesses and was captured on video from multiple cameras. But did he face any consequences?

Oh yeah I know you were just shot at but could you please calm down for a minute while we work out how we're going to cover this up. If it was just Joe blow and not a cop then it would have been handled quite differently. They cover-up for each other and they treat each other with kid gloves nobody speaks out against their fellow cops and they wonder why so many of us are not just blindly following their orders anymore and actually calling them out when they violate our rights or illegally detain us
Political parties need to get candidates better. Trump is the big problem here. HOWEVER, there are many systemic problems as well.

That is Bluefield West Virginia cops for you. The chief even went and took security cameras out of a bar restaurant. It was never on the news or anything they got the license took from the bar owner after stealing his stuff.
The gestapo did try covering for their fellow gang member, but couldn't. Definitely got special treatment though.
