What pisses me off most is the judge saying what he did was offensive, immature, and unnecessary but the officers blocking the drive through for over an hour playing with a sex toy was perfectly okay. 🙄 I find that way more offensive than calling someone a dickhead.

Do you get to rebut the judge's opinion on your behavior? "Well, your honor, you have decided that I committed no crime. I am not really interested in what you think of my behavior and in my opinion your statement should be directed to the unprofessional officer who wrote the ticket as retaliation for my comment. I was arrested in NC for Disorderly Conduct for swearing along the highway, when I went to court Pro Se, my Trial lasted 3 hours. At the End the Judge admonished me by saying "These Officers have families @ home & I should respect them more because I am a former Marine and if I lived in North Korea or Russia I would have been arrested for what I said!" I responded, "I was arrested, your Honor." He quickly gaveled & said "Not Guilty!"
I live in Texas and people need to be careful because I was in traffic these two guys had a road rage incident both of them got out of the vehicles with pistols and how to shoot out right on a very busy street going in and out of buildings shooting at each other and they both got shot. People need to try to take it easy when you're driving!

I'm an African American woman and when the police pull me over for no reason at all because sometimes they do I tell him what the f*** do you want? Aint you got nothing else better to do? And they'll tell me not to cuss out on no mate, you know, I aint here none of that b*******, and when they tell me what they pulled me over for. I just tell him, listen, I'm squeaky clean I don't even have a tattoo. Check my background, and when they do the first thing you come back and say it's just squeaky clean. Why are you surprised by the fact that I'm African American? And I don't have anything on my record at 66 years old. Come on, I said y'all need to find something interesting to do or get a hobby. I never have gotten a citation. They always let me go I know my rights, and there's nothing you can do about it. And I live in Pennsylvania, the racist state in the union.
