  1. Stop trying to trap him or make him incriminate himself, and you can't do that all night, get him his attorney and stop asking him questions. Never speak with officers demand your attorney that hate that you have this right.

  2. Far from keeping their oaths of office and protecting and defending the Constitution and the God-given rights recognized by it, they are doing everything they can to get him to violate his own rights. That's NOT protecting and defending them.

  3. Yo. Never let em sweat you like this. Invoke your 5th amendment (the founders wrote it for you) and ask for a lawyer & complain of unlawful confinement. Try using the words 'cruel' & 'unusual' & ask if you are 'presumed innocent'. Ask repeatedly to make sure the cameras & microphones are on. They don't treat lawyers like this. In other words…. They will try to abuse your rights thinking you don't know what your rights are

  4. NOT perfect form. They can keep questioning if you invoke the 5th (silence). If you eventually answer, it's on you. Police tried that here. If you tell them you want a lawyer (6th amendment) they have to stop questioning. If they continue, it's not admissible.

  5. If we're all innocent until proven guilty then it's for those to who are hired to enforce laws job to actually do their job to prove that one is guilty or innocent and not ones place to do their job for them when not on payroll nor did one take an oath/pledge to serve and protect. Make them do what they're suppose to do
