When "LAWFULLY" pulled over. All police should be required AT ALL TIMES when on duty to record their actions and be held accountable for their actions! STOP QUALIFIED IMMUNITY! this kind of stuff would cease to happen if cops were required to have liability insurance to get a job. the problem with that is that no insurance company would take such a gamble unless they had total control over the hiring and firing process.
Why the fuck does a cop need someone's phone number for a traffic stop?
If the person is filling a report or is a witness helping the police and they want their number so they can inform them or ask them more questions later sure, but for a traffic stop? You have their name, you have picture, you have their address, anything that you would need to do you already have enough information to proceed.
All cops are completely clueless on the law they are paid to protect
