Details/Raw Clip: https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2023/11/15/cops-tase-arrest-gym-owner-inside-his-gym-no-warrant/
If it’s open to the public. Doesn’t that give anyone access including our men and women in Uniform. No different than McDonald’s or Walmart ?
All big tough cops then have to get their stories straight and in sync. That's conspiracy after the fact or should be.
Did the owner at one point say he had been dealing with harassment from cops for five years?
Dumb bells would fly. Motorcycle gangs from all corners would show up with loaded guns. Piggy better not do that to the wrong gym
The weirdest part is that they felt they needed 4 officers for a noise complaint
Resisting an unlawful arrest? That’s rich
His business requires membership to use the facility. Wouldn't that make it more distinctly private than a business that allows public access?
This case is easily solved, cause and effect, the presence of the officers was the cause therefore without them being present the effect would not have occurred. Only a corrupt person would overlook this…oh wait
Man lets be real in truth it's not base on law, they don't uphold. Might makes right, see why the second amendment audititor they don't molest their rights.James in America Chicago. Peace be onto you. 🤔😐😠😡
If this was a neighbours noises complaint, there should be a simple noise ordinances that could have been enforced without half of the police force.
Question: are the doors open to anyone to enter or are they restricted to members who need a fob to gain entry,? Can that membership be grounds to class the gym as private.?
I don't believe that it is/was open to the public at 5AM and he stated that they are paying $50 a month. Which to me means it is a membership and NOT open to the public.
Thank you
"The Offspring, come out and play" blaring in the gym lol
We don't have a complaint???? Then what the fuck are they there for???
Officer Dicksuck? Wasnt he fired for sucking of department K-9? Different Officer?
"Peace Officer" LMAO
#jbtp
Nazis with badges
The cops never stated he was under arrest, just followed him in a gang and brutally took him to the group..
Now that we have him in cuffs, let’s get a believable story together.
It’s nice to see that YouTube is doing censorship as well
the post huddle "lets get our story straight" is hilarious and becoming a familiar scene.
They was planning it from the beginning, get a good lawyer sue that police dept
They are not going after crime. They are, instead, harrassing citizens. That is what happens in dictator-ruled countries.
These are some cowards, using a taser against one man vs four to five officers, violating use of force policy, entered private property without a warrant and therefore it wasn’t a emergency situation for them to enter his property, they escalated the situation. The owner only used his freedom of speech at the police while entering his property, they forced their way in because their egos were being hurt. So, F the police.
There was no reason for them to even ask for his id.ID.. he was simply using his 1st amendment to tell them to screw off which isn't illegal and they didn't like that. That's all this was..
I’d swear country wide …. de-escalation is supposed to be the new emphasis in retraining and procedures. This dose not appear to be the case in this case
Is there no noise ordinance there..?
Does needing a membership to enter play a factor?
He didnt. pay his protection money .
No warrant unlawful arrest. I hope he sues.
And yet another dirty cop fiasco
There was no call in regards to a noise disturbance, so the complaint is law enforcement? It seems as though the officers already had in mind to bully the business owner by self-creating the complaint and approaching someone that they've had interactions with previously while understanding the potential of escalating the situation. The business owner advised law enforcement of private property and that they are unwelcomed there. Are the police above the law here? It is my understanding even on private property that a business owner or representative of the business can request for individuals to leave and advise a trespass. There was no reason for the officers to continue to remain on private property and gather in greater numbers outside of this business for something that they could have just written up a noise disturbance citation and delivered it. The route officers took was to not de-escalate contact and continue to escalate contact with the business owner. The officers should have exercised learned de-escalating skills (unless unknown) which would have benefited this contact. I would bet these officers would have received training at some point for de-escalating situations and contact which would have been paid for by taxpayers. No excuse that these officers did not recognize being advised of private property and negative impact.to his clients and business by what can be perceived as intimidation. The officers did not need to enter private property and collude with each other outside of the business to what seems as a simple citation and deliver. The officers not only chose to stay on private property after being asked to leave but also to intimidate the business owner by surrounding him even entering into his business without consent and being advised not to.
I find it interesting that if it is a pro law enforcement video or something that would have been on TV where police officers are excessive, violent or even when there's a scuffle as long as they post it there's no issues. When someone else posts the video not affiliated with pro law enforcement or law enforcement television all the sudden there are concerns about violence. It seems we are being taught violence is okay when it comes from the police, but violence is not okay when it comes from the public.
Not only do we have to re-educate the judicial and executive branch. Now we have companies that are assisting with living in predated times where police brutality is acceptable. Hopefully their shareholders will speak up and do what's right for the greater community.
Let's see.
Cops did this crimes:
– Trespassing
– Unlawful arrest
– Assault
– Abuse
– Harrasment
Gym owner did this crimes:
– "Uh, gotta produce this one bruh"
Who gonna get charged? Guess.
When I get a noise disturbance call with an anonymous R.P. I just respond to the location and advise the person of the complaint and that's it. I don't ask for I.D. because I don't have a crime, since the "victim" of the disturbance is anonymous. I would just tell this guy "We got a noise disturbance call. If you could do me a favor and turn down the noise I'd appreciate it." Then I would leave.
It. Was a bull sh!t arrest failure to ID come on
These cops should just resign
Officer kidnapped him and Voilative his amendment right , illegal arrested him and as a citizen he has the right to protect himself against unlawful process : self- defense because the cop grab him and attack him .
They r more like home invaders disgusting
The boys in blue r jealous they can't bench press
The gym was a private club, not a normal business open to the public at that hour. Also, this obsession over needing ID by police to the point where they will arrest over it really needs to be gone after. We need better defined and known to the public and police times when ID needs to be given and when it can't with it being a federal standard.
