I’ve said many times that when any cop does wrong, every attending cop should be held accountable for any wrongdoing and personally held accountable, perhaps then when a cop starts or does wrong the other cop’s might intervene and stop them.

As of March 10 2023 the 5th circuit court of appeals denied the appeal to let the case proceed. I don't see any updates since then.

Before calling the cops you really must ask yourselves "What law has been broken?" Police are LAW enforcement. For them to be involved their needs to be an element of law. And when the police break the law they should be held accountable. Qualified immunity was not created by law makers but by law interpreters. We as a people have inalienable rights which are violated by cops everyday. They violate the first and fourth amendment which is federal law but they never get federally charges. The police departments always investigate themselves and say no policies were broken. Policy is not law people.A real law agency (FBI) should investigate the police and charge them with federal crimes when they violate the constitution of the united states. Am I right or wrong on this? Please let me know.
