  1. When a judgement or settlement is reached how does a city or state typically discipline officers? In this case you mentioned 5k being over the insurance limit. Does this mean its out of the officers pocket?

  2. I really enjoyed watching the civil rights lawyer until now,. I saw this video within the last few days and the elderly man DID NOT fly out of the door at a 4 foot in the air. He was SHOVED to the ground by a Gestapo like police man. I probably will not be watching anymore. 😡😠🤬

  3. Sadly people like him have and maintain "the utmost respect for the police" despite the over three hundred years of glaring evidence and being repeatedly tokd abd seeing exactly what the police have done for generations.
I really have no sympathy for him and others like him! As long as it was being done to "them", i e. others, it was ok, they nust have done something to deserve it, they myst have mouthed off to the cops.
Now he suddenly has less ir no respect for them?
His ine experience he survived outweighs that of thousands of others who did not survive

  4. Kentuckian here 👋🏼 The corruption runs deep, especially in the small quant towns. RECORD THEM ALWAYS! Louisville has a lot of crime too but this was not one of them. So tired of tyrants!!! These officers are afraid and delusional!! Spouting lies to cover their erratic behavior!

  5. That thumb nail 😂 like wtf!!?? I thought the old man was Superman. But in the serious side, that’s messed up what happened, he should have gotten more money..

  6. The thing about all these rotten things, for me, is how stupid and emotional and unintelligent some of the law enforcement people are.
There is well known fact, a bad situation for our society ….. it’s this 👉 Many people who become cops do so because of the “authority” it gives them, when in fact, they have self esteem issues and are emotionally immature.

  7. I know this is going to sound bad but when certain people get hurt in this country and experience a horrible injustice we riot and go crazy. but what nothing happens when it happens to an old white man. just an observation

  8. Every defense kawyer in the state needs to make an achive of tgese videos ti be ysed in any cases any of these officers are involved in to prove they simply cannot be trusted to ever be truthful.

  9. With officers who lie so willingly, and freely on a LEGAL report that could be used in court to convict a person, just the same as the officer’s testimony in person, how can the courts or anyone else for that matter believe a word that comes from them in any fashion. They have proven in black and white and on file that they will willfully and very very willingly lie to cover their own actions. They should be fired and held to a higher account since they are supposed to be well versed in the laws they are to enforce. That’s the difference between a good cop and a bad cop. One lies and covers up his dirty actions, the other doesn’t commit the dirty actions to begin with

  10. The behavior of police officers is encouraged and up held. If they were disciplined and faced consequences their behavior would change. The public is also at fault for not standing up and protesting to maintain their rights. America is and will always be a country of violence against some of its citizens. Things will never change in America, because those that are not affected don’t care until they are affected.

  11. Once the cop show up like that and are kicking at your door, how do you get out of the situation without being injured or killed? After what happened in that hotel in Las Vegas I'm not even sure stripping naked and lying face down with hands behind your head would prevent you from being killed.
