  1. They were very wrong in this instance because she was clearly drunk and a huge danger to me. I think it was laziness. They wanted to go back and sit at the station and play on their phone. They did not want to deal with it. You could tell they were agitated they were treating her, like garbage was they cared about her ID as usual and when has civil suits stop cops from doing anything wrong or right? It cost this lady her life that night

  2. I had a car but had a deputy do the same thing to me in Bastrop, Texas. It was midnight. The deputy handed me a sheet of paper, told me the women’s shelter was closed for the night and there was nothing he could do. They are public servants and her death is their fault. Fired? They should be criminally charged. Screw the attorney. He’s a part of the problem.

  3. She has every right to refuse to id. And maybe should have, because guaranteed these two jackfugg tyrants would have arrested her for failure to id, obstruction, hindering, jaywalking, disturbing, resisting and anything else they could think of. And then given her a ride to jail after probably planting drugs too. Who knows. Evil pieces of shyte

  4. They are supposed to serve and PROTECT!
They did neither !! They need to be held accountable. Let me tell you something where I live in Pennsylvania police officers are not like this at all. It’s a shame that I watch all these videos in different states that they are like this. It’s cruelty. That should be against the law.

  5. They just can’t be bothered, they got her ID and there was no warrants on her, so they couldn’t be bothered to help her, because that would have meant that they would have to complete some paperwork instead of having an easy night.

  6. No offense but, there are lawyers that are and have been the problem with their twisting of words to suit their agendas. Cops are public servants and they seem to have forgotten that. Your state Constitution should say to the effect public servants are amenable to the people at all times. The Georgia state constitution does.

  7. These cops aren’t model citizens but this comment section is ridiculous. Why no ire for all the vehicles that just passed her?
Most of the people in this comment section would have just rolled on by and probably talked crap about the drunk woman on the side of the highway.

  8. The lawyers has a point about respecting the 4th amendment? Buddy they literally got her 🆔 and investigated her up until she wanted help. Guess you still got a couple boot laces stuck in ur teeth

  9. and no phone to call her family to help her when the cops would not. really stop talking shit drive her off the road to the gas station not looking good for the two douches if i was sitting in court on this they would not like the outcome at vote time. all they hag to do was let her call for help the 18 minutes they held her up they could have taken her any were other than leaving a drunk in danger

  10. As she had visible bruises on her face – it is conceivable that during the beating she had received blows to her head – and potentially could have been suffering from effects of concussion. Her bags would have fitted on the back seat & the floor & on her lap. Huge lack of compassion from the cops.

  11. 😢😪😭😢😭😭😡😡😡

    Where are you going?
    She told you
    Away from him
    And she just started walking.

    Look at her
    She's freezing
    She doesn't have her phone
She said her shoulder was broken
    It is solid black
She is reaching out to him one human to another
And no one would help her

    People always ask
    Why do women stay?
    Why don't women leave?

This woman literally just walked away from whatever the situation was.

The police officer opinion is there was nothing they could do. This was so so sad

  12. The worst policing i have seen i am sorry to say as a Aussie USA police are not real also your Criminal system is so out of date this is what it has created they are not there to help just collect. these two fellers i can not call them Police and no comin sense.

  13. what is this awful interrogation? he’s intimidating her in the middle of the road, flashing her in the eyes, asking irrelevant questions time and time again, and this spitting is just disgusting. the cop is abusive and it’s unclear what he wants from her.
