I'm sure 95% of people watching this video already know, but Ill say it anyway- don't ever talk to a cop for any reason whatsoever. It doesn't matter if you know you are doing nothing wrong. they dont care about you at all and want nothing more than to violate you in any way they can.
It's at the point now that if a cop were to say "good morning" to me, I would not say it back. That's all it takes to initiate wn interaction where the next question could be "Where you headed, today? You live in this area? Ive never seen you before, What's you your name?" Sounds benign, even friendly, but it's all a means to an end as Chili correctly states all the time- they want your money.
