This all seems like a pattern of practice and training which violates people's rights. The pattern and practice also seem like more than a few bad apples since those apples are scattered across the US.
Even the sheriff is clueless. He genuinely believes that you have to do anything they say by law.

Did the sheriff really say an officer can order you to help them arrest someone and if you don’t you can be arrested?! No way… how did he get his job?!

This one is so egregious that the DoJ should get involved. When the state agency that is supposed to watch the watchmen doesn't do its job, that is when you absolutely need the Feds to step in. Should sue that little county out of existence by not already taking care of that problem.

I bet the cops have a nice little arrangement with certain criminal element in thier town and may even be assigned to other interesting duties for higher up politicians in the area.
How about starting a national tv channel for more reach? You can fill that channel easily with this type of content 24/7. Its just an idea. This might bring the change you need in the usa. For all to see how corrupt and bad the police force is. How they take your money, how they use violence instead of de-escalating. A TV channel. Youtube is to limited.
